Where do I start! All of this within first 28 days:1 Car delivered and did not start next morning. New battery required (not just a recharge). Was told they would cover cost. Eventually got money back for battery after chasing.2 Central locking (as per advert) did not work.3 Windscreen advisory not repaired prior to purchase (was informed advisories would be repaired prior to purchase)4 Clutch stopped working - awaiting response from ghost motors to confirm they will cover repair cost or refund car - emails and it appears phone calls being ignored.5 Slow puncture.Car was purchased as a first car for new driver, this was explained and I was assured car would be safe and roadworthy. When I asked for a copy of the ‘health check’ done prior to sale I was told there wasn’t anything they could give me but that the checks were equivalent to a MOT and in addition that all advisories on MOT would be repaired.We have paid a lot of money and currently have no car - and lucky if it’s covered 250 miles since purchase - needing to know whether the repair to clutch and windscreen will be covered (£800) or refund will be provided.Next stop Trading Standards and Ombudsman…Please be aware!

Went to view a ds3. Bought it. They sorted out my finance, and I took it all within 4 hours. Really nice guys to deal with couldn’t fault it. I will defiantly go back when buying another car

Chose and collected a car from ghost motors today, it was a good experience, freindly, helpful people. We travels 2hrs to get there for a specific car we had reserved, its always a worry that a long trip might be wasted, but it was very productive, car was ready to drive away.We would certainly consider the drive there again, if we needed to buy another car.

Had a very good experience with the guys at ghost motors, had a lovely and friendly service and Adam helped with any and all enquires that I had. Bought a car from them for my daughter, and have had no problems with them whatsoever. Car was delivered quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to anybody for a good quality service.

Absolutely appalling service. Bought my car 6 months ago and had nothing but issues since. They sent me the wrong paper work and key. Delivered the car to the wrong address, kept passing me from pillar to post saying they’d sort it out but was chasing paper work for 3 months. Then they claimed they never had a spare key so I did not receive one. Was told the car was taxed but it wasn’t, and told it was my issue to sort. The car came in poor condition which was not listed on the advert. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!

Love my car so much they guys here were so helpful! Had an issue with the battery when bringing the car back home but was all sorted at a local garage and the team reimbursed my account. Overall v happy and love my Vauxhall Adam

Can’t really fault my experience so far. Picked up my new Citroen DS3 this weekend after viewing it last weekend, I’ve had my heart set on one for a while. We actually traveled from Manchester to visit the car showroom a little up the road but after seeing all the DS3’s having been sold there, we popped in here instead and I’m glad we did. Found 4 or 5 within my budget and settled on a nice silver one with a purple roof. The dealer was honest about what work was needed on it (MOT, service and some body work), but was promised a refund of my £99 deposit if I wasn’t happy after the work was done. But it was all done as promised within a week and I was able to take it for a test drive before handing over any more money. Car was fully valeted and looked good as new. Can’t comment on the reliability of the car itself yet, but that’s the risk when buying a used car. They offer a 28 day warranty so I’m pretty happy and I love my new car. Thanks!
