I had an issue with my vacuum cleaner and took it to Ben's TV. I got a response within 1 day as to what was wrong- as we suspected, the motor was burning out and couldn't be repaired. We received advice that we could replace the handset directly from the manufacturer for £60, which was great news as this saved us buying a brand new one. This was all for free, as there is no charge if no repair is made. I was very grateful and happily recommend this service.

Called into Rudkin's with a Shark Hoover motor. The gentleman said it was unrepairable but took the trouble to look on the internet for the details of Shark and part required. I went home and ordered the part from Shark and it arrived next morning. Excellent service from Rudkin's and Shark. I will certainly take any other items in need of repair to Rudkin's. Fantastic service. If only every other company was as helpful. Thankyou.

Excellent service. The staff are always helpful and they always go above and beyond to help you with your broken appliance. If they can't do it they sure know someone who can. Fairly priced aswell. Thanks to these guys I no longer chuck items out I take them to get repaired.

Rang up about a light fitting and bulb, referred me to an electrician who arranged to come and look at the problem. Sorted out very quickly. I have known Rudkins for a very long time and would recommend them as always very helpful and give personal service.

This place was amazing they fixed my hoover in a few hours they quoted e around £30 but cost only £25 to repair the hoover.

Our Samsung TV had a dark area at the top of the screen. We took it into the shop on Friday afternoon and collected it on Monday morning. Simon did a great job and we were pleased with the price. Highly recommended.
