I have been with Svs vets a good few years I can honestly say the service and the veterinary care is always top class, Mark is always about the welfare of the horse and doesn't needlessly practice what doesn't need to be done to ram up unnecessary costs!! Chantal the joint backbone of Svs has always put me in the right direction and been very efficient in the administration side of the practice, all my horses are at ease when Mark attends as his kindness and patience with them shines through.

Mark is a great vet but the other half of the duorude aggressive and a bully! Hate to think of thebusiness lost due to her wouldn't use again due tothis Money mad demanding it after the payment date was agreed left us with a poorly horse £500 later

Not at all impressed, wouldn’t use again. The receptionist is blunt and rude, a bad first impression for the vets to start with. Mark himself mostly provided a good service throughout the vetting, however, after not being able to have X-rays taken on the day of the vetting due to a fault in the system, we waited 2 days for the horse to be xrayed and then were not impressed with the quality of the X-ray images. The front feet were not taken from the same angle making the images useless for the farrier. Wouldn’t really recommend using them, had much better service elsewhere. Sorry!

Had used mark for about 7-8 years. Professional and reliable. Have used mark for routine care, breeding, dentistry and emergencies. Has been quick to respond and deal with emergencies regardless of time or day, and have had excellent results.

Mark does a lot of Xraying for me, and is very thorough, takes a super set of pictures with keen attention to detail!

I booked an appointment and made first payment on booking. No response until i chased it up. No apology. Followed by over a week to get blood test results. Despite numerous attempts and promises I am still waiting. Very disappointed!
