They're nice there and it's secure with 24 hour access.However, price shot up after first year and it is very expensive (although not as outrageous as Middleway). Unfortunately regret choosing it, mostly because of the bad odour. It is apparently mostly on the third floor, and after leaving out of season clothes there I can confirm that it permeates fabrics and is very difficult to get rid of. It might be possible to move to another unit on a less smelly floor if I do it all myself, but feels a bit risky...and of course a pain having to drag everything. Shame that my belongings are worse for being there.

I had a problem with the size I booked, which was too small for my stuff, I can’t tell you how quickly it was solved and over all the best experience. Great service and friendly staff, both in person and on the phone. Deducting a star because access hours could be a bit better but I’m sure there are reasons so all good. I would certainly use again.

I am going to take them either to the police or report them to the investigation apartment I am paying for 2 months £882 and a £190 late charge. Please don't go there they are, thieves, thieves and there to steal you're hard learn money or sock stored. When I ask why I am paying a late charge it was over 500 for 1 month late charge apply 6 times when I ask why ohh sir this is how the system works.

Exceptional friendliness and customer service. Suzy was amazing and showed so much empathy, and exemplary service skills. I was very pleased and would recommend her training others. Even call Centre staff and her colleague at the branch were extremely friendly. It is rare to find this nowadays so keep up the good work and use Suzy as a trainer for others to maintain your excellent service standards. It’s the people skills that we don’t find nowadays as customers.

Absolutely amazing service!I was urgently looking for a storage place while moving houses and the search was long, but I eventually found Safestore. I planned to store my things for just 2 days and was worried it wouldn’t be the right option like other places but i was so glad when I was told I’d be able to make it work, and for a good price too! The customer service was beyond great and honestly I can see myself making use of this service again. 100000 stars ⭐️
