Amazing customer service experience and very friendly staff. I placed an order that was very short notice for 50 personalised travel mugs and they were delivered earlier that expected and looked fantastic! Have used this company twice for BASSA materials. Very efficient from start to finish on the whole process. Had to re-order some more materials and this was even easier. Only negative is not being able to pay online but hey, a 5 minute call to Carol was a piece of cake. Definitely recommend.
