Fantastic experience today for my first tattoo, done by Natalia who was so kind and understanding. Tattoo itself is brilliant and a perfect likeness of my dearly departed cat. Thank you.

I came here and got 2 piercings, one was pierced incorrectly and so she had to re-pierce it.. this in itself concerned me but I took it as a genuine mistake and that was that. Then I got severe piercing bumps on this one which was re-pierced, which I was told by them was caused by irritation even though the other piercing was perfectly fine. Months on I still had bumps so went to another piercer to get some advice, they were in complete and utter shock when I told them of my experience and said bumps were most likely because of the trauma caused by piercing twice. I feel so disappointed and won’t be returning nor recommending. ** after looking through reviews I can see this has happened to multiple others! This person (Chelsea) should NOT be piercing!!! **

Decided to get a tattoo, one of my best experinces I've had, the email support was absolutely amazing along with the work and the whole vibe of the shop, the artist seemed interested in what I already have. These are people who clearly care about what they do and are passionate about their work, if you are ever in the Epsom area please do not skip this location, give them a try you will not be disappointed. Have had 4 piercings by Chelsea and unlimited amounts of assistance when my toddler kept knocking one of them! Cannot rate her enough, always happy to help, always great suggestions for which attachment to go for to suit you. She’s also super patient, keeps you laughing and is pretty speedy. Wouldn’t go to anyone else now!

I often come into the shop and am always welcomed by the whole team, my piercer Chelsea is always motivated and holds a great presence. I will never get pierced anywhere else, Chelsea completely has my trust and always does an amazing job with my piercings. Best piercing shop in surrey!

My daughter and I have been to get a few piercings here with the piercer Chelsea. Cant recommend her enough. She is very professional and always has the best advice and aftercare is fantastic. All piercings have healed so well. Cant wait to come back for our next one. She is also so friendly and always makes us feel comfortable.

I always go to chelsea for anything to do with piercings or stretched lobes!!! also had my first tattoo recently with natalia which was a great experience!! everyone’s lovely, shop is clean, and they always have a great playlist on. can’t recommend enough! x

Great studio with great staff. I want to give a big shout out to Anne who went the extra mile giving me 2 designs based on what I said I wanted and they were both amazing. She made me feel safe and comfortable during the process which was really appreciated as this was my first tattoo. The work she did was spot on and I was really happy with the result. They also do top ups for free! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again.

I've had a few piercing from Chelsea and she's done a wonderfull job every time. She always made me feel calm and explained everything to me.
