Ron Smith of Wootton Bassett roofing first came to view our roof on May 26th 2023. A very pleasant and polite chap clearly well versed in roofing. At the time of the visit he suggested a formal investigation of our roof leak would be a few weeks due to a holiday and heavy workload. We took this at face value.Having exchanged several emails since to which the reply was always “we are very busy, we hope to get to you in 2 to 3 weeks”, we have had no further contact since last assurances were made for a mid June attendance. Very poor! We are now 4+ months down the line and still no further forward. We will now instruct another company.

Ron has been looking after the Bradenstoke Village Hall roof since 2006, and what a great company this is, always turns up when he says, does a really great job, pleasant people and most of all a very reasonable quote every time. I would recommend this company to anyone.Thank you Ronny

We were recommend to this company.Having phoned them and made an appointment, Ron the owner came out on time and said that he would give us a price and would send the quote by email in a couple of days. We responded to their quote the same day excepting the quote. RON GAVE US A DATE THAT THEY WOULD START WORK AND THEY STARTED ON THE DATE AGREED.At the time of writing they are on the verge of finishing the Job.We have been pleased with the work, and the quality of work undertaken.If you want any roofing undertaking then give these guys a call.

Waiting for them to fit it at the moment

We rang at 9am and the owner visited us at 10:30 am, quoted an extremely reasonable price to replace our ridge tile. That afternoon his team visited and replaced the missing tile whilst we were out. They even took away the broken ridge tile that had fallen off the roof and smashed on the drive. Great customer service, thank you.

Avoid like the plague, don't turn up even after numerous calls.

I would like to give no stars but not an option . Wootton bassett roofing have been working on a property next to mine and what a mess they have left me. Cutting tiles without using water on blade to keep dust omissions to a minimum, then proceeding to clean the scaffold brushing rubbish of dust and tile bits straight onto my kids trampoline and patio furniture. Despite contacting the workers and then the boss of the company still no apology or offer to clean up mess. Environmental health now informed . Advice - stay well clear of this company
