New patient to this practise and would highly recommend them. Everyone is pleasant and polite. Made to feel comfortable at everystage of my treatment. Brilliant team!

Haven't been to dentist for 12 years+ due to previous bad experiences. Would highly recommend this practice though as made to feel at ease and very professional. Happy to visit the dentist now going forward. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Worst dentist ever would not recommend! First of all, they refused me an appointment due to the fact I missed one as minor. As a minor I had no control over that. They soon changed their tune and found me an appointment when they discovered I would be paying for treatment. The dentist told me I had a rotted filling in my mouth and couldn’t remove it until another four weeks was no long appointment slots sooner- I have been in excruciating pain since. I nearly overdosed on pain killers ended up going to a private dentist ( Poynton London Road South ) they were amazing! they told me that dentist should never have let me walk out without treatment as not only was the filling rotted but so was my tooth! I am mortified, I spent weeks in agony due to THIS BUPA PRACTICE so glad I didn’t waste no more time might have cost me hundreds and lost a tooth but saved my time with these waste of space absolutely fuming!

I went into the surgery for a small filling procedure and was so nervous due to my fear of needles. Dr Chaudhry and the dental nurse were so lovely and understanding when I felt anxious, they were so patient, making sure I was comfortable the whole procedure. Dr Chaudhry repeatedly stopped to ask how I was doing throughout the whole procedure, making sure I was ok.I am beyond impressed and grateful for my experience with him. My appointment was made bearable and I went home happy! 10/10 service :)

Practice manager needs to get a lifeI would have given the dentist a decent mark, but I am in total shock by what they have done.I was at the end of my treatment when I cancelled an appointment due to a death in my family. On arriving back into Liverpool, I contacted the practice to make another appointment. I was told that I had been thrown off !!.Apparently, the practice manager had decided to do it.Not only am I an extremely nervous patient, but I attended all but 4 appointments, which I may add I contacted and cancelled. I was really proud that I had almost got to the finishing line.On speaking with a member of staff about how disgusted I was, she started bringing up missed appointments from 5 years ago ??. What had to do with my mist recent treatment? I do not know. I will be contacting the NHS as I do believe the moulds I had done have probably been made and would like to know where they are. I don't think the NHS would appreciate wasting their funds.The moral of this is yeh its not a bad dentist. Haw is amazing. it's just sad that there is⁰ someone working there with no sense wotsoever who thinks she can play god with other people's teeth (lol)

Had a tooth out today and never felt a thing. The dentist explained the procedure from the moment he started until the tooth was out. I feared that I wouldn't be able to go for a meal with my family to celebrate my grandsons 21st birthday...but l had no problems with the extraction and was able to enjoy a lovely meal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming...l couldn't bebe happier with the treatment l received .

Highly recommended service!I've got extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, Thus not attending for over 7 years. After lockdown, I needed to attend due to general health. When I met Julia and Megan for the first time, They made me feel calm, reassured the whole time I was there. Even though I was flapping it inside. Because of the girls I've been numerous times in the last few months and actually happy to attend and because of that. My general dental health has improved 10 fold.Honestly, I couldn't fault the service they provide, Outstanding.

I have been a patient here for a good few years now and this is an excellent practice, I would highly recommend it. All the staff are really nice from dental nurses to the dentists. Never had a problem getting an appointment and they are really good at working round your work schedule to fit you in.
