I was in Thakers yesterday, and I was surprised by the tasting food that they are delivering. Also, the attention and customer service was fast and efficient in the middle of the busy. They were really kind and professional.

Had a delicious chole bhature and thali with daal makhani and aloo gobi. Chole and daal were creamy with lots of depth. The gobi lacked a little flavour but overall everything was delicious.

5/5 for the food5/5 for the service - lovely accommodating staff when they are not very busyZERO out of 5 for use of disposable plastic. We are in 2023 and not in the 90's. With the alarming rise of landfill trash and with extensive research on the harmful effects of microplastics which enter our food stream through soil, we can at least reduce the direct consumption of microplastics by NOT putting piping hot food on disposable plastic containers :(Note to the owner: I can understand that using stainless steel or reusable dinnerware might not be cost-effective since it may involve more staff, a dishwasher etc. but this conscious investment can increase your popularity if you promote environmental awareness by adopting a planet-friendly approach. Lovely restaurant for Indian food lovers, i am recently visited with my family, we enjoyed a real Indian food test in Thakers restaurant specially Dahi Puri, Paav Bhaji, Chole Bhature etc. Will definitely visit again to test other dishes. Service is slower, sometimes u have to wait for minimum 15 min to get your orders.

Busy place with lots of locals stopping to buy the food and dine in or take away. The food was excellent, as was the service from the friendly staff. Internal table and benchs for dining inside and outdoor tables and chairs for outside. They call out your number, and you collect it for your table. I'd recommend the starters, but be warned its very easy to fill up on them and have to take home your main course. Their signature dishes are recommended aswell as eating tapas style.

We went there because we were in the town for some personal work and a friend recommended to give this place a try. Overall we had an average experience. The place was neat and clean. The place has outdoor seating as well and toilets were clean.We ordered the following:vada pav - was good, worth ordering againsamosa - taste was good but we don't understand why potatoes are not smashed but are just chopped and stuffed in.Mango Lassi - very goodChilli paneer - horrible on taste, chef needs to go out and try chilli paneer at other placesChilli cheese onion Partha - goodCrispy bhindi - was very good though it is usually served as hot and spicy at other places. It was mild here but tasty and served with a salsa dip. Portion size was good for the priceThali - we felt the portions were small, rajma and bhindi in Thali were good.

My best vegetarian local cafe , we come here when we are arround, very clean and very tidy , helpful staffs , fresh and delicious food , one of the top fast food restaurants in Hounslow high street , we will come again with family , it would be great if they can make better Samosa , my expectations is very high for samosa but it couldn’t be met , rest is all good

I recently visited this Thakers restaurant in Hounslow, and while the ambiance was quite pleasant, I have to say that I was disappointed with the taste of the food. Despite the lovely decor and atmosphere, the flavors just didn't quite hit the spot for me

Good Service and fair atmosphere,, but room for improvement on Food taste and price. We took Mix bhajia (got Onion Bhajia), Chutney was not that great compared to other Gujrati places. We also took Sarso ka saag and make ki roti - May be a wrong choice in gujrati restaurant. Roti was nice though.Overall a bit too pricy.Not in line with the food review but Pleasantly surprised to see the jet spray in the toilet :)
