We have been served by Mr Roger, and he is super helpful, professional and definitely an expert sales! We have made the decision super quickly and definitely love our sofa!

There should be an option for no stars… I should have read the reviews before purchase!! Same issue promised delivery in august and now we are on October and say another 10 working days… they told me 2 weeks ago that delivery was this week… something not right about this company and service is appalling. Empty promises of call back but never happens .. never know someone senior might read these reviews and actually call me and explain

A very pleasant experience at Natzuzzi in Lakeside. The salesman Sunny was particularly helpful. He was courteous and thoughtful and worked hard to accommodate our needs and negotiated a good deal. He was not pushy and gave us time to reach a decision without pressure.

Kash and Roger were very helpful and knowledgeable, they took their time to explain and go through with everything. We felt comfortable placing the order. The showroom shows off a good variety and as a repeat customer of Natuzzi we know the quality of their products is excellent.

A really lovely showroom and Tracey (Lakeside) was incredibly helpful. So refreshing to have helpful and polite staff who gave us lots of browsing time and were able to answer all our questions. We've been looking for a new recliner for weeks in literally every furniture store and online - fantastic that we found exactly what we were looking for at Natuzzi Italia. Quality and service excellent so far. We've ordered and are looking forward to receiving our new sofa in the New Year.

This is our second purchase with Natuzzi. Great service from Tracey and Martin.Despite the 5 month wait for the sofas - we are happy that we purchased from Natuzzi.

A very disappointing delivery service and customer serviceI am really sad to write this review. The reason being its not the product that is the problem. It is the customer service and delivery service that has been the issue.If there is no problem with your furniture, you have paid for some really good quality sofas. If there are issues, then the customer service really lets you down!So my experience so far -We ordered 2 different sets of sofas from Natuzzi, Lakeside. We were told they will take 12 weeks to come. They arrived in 9 weeks - we were very impressed. I paid off the remaining amount on the 8th March - was told that the delivery service (WSHomeDel) will give me a call in a day or two to arrange a delivery date.I received a call 5 days later saying it will be delivered tomorrow. I was working the next day and couldnt reschedule work at such short notice, so was told we will get back to you with more dates. The next call from the delivery service was 10 days later with another inconvenient date. After a lot of to and fro of convenient dates, arranged for a delivery on the 30th March (almost 3 weeks after I had paid the balance).When the sofas arrived, they forgot to bring one of the sofa set's legs.I had book another date for technician to come with the legs! On the day, wrong set of legs were brought along. As the first set of delivery service had given the wrong name of the sofa.A week goes by, another set of technicians bring legs from a display unit sofa (as the new legs are in production and will take a month to arrive!). They do get the correct display legs, but the fit the wrong size support legs and dont even realise it.It was only when we used the recliner a few times, realised that the sofa is not aligned correctly and the support legs are floating in the air!Another set of technicians come and put the sofa on wooden blocks, so we can use the sofa till the right set of legs arrive. So currently, we have these expensive luxury recliners sitting on wooden blocks.Organising all these technicians has been after multiple calls to the customer service at Brent Cross dealing with multiple people. I have had to constantly chase them. Also, having to put your life on hold, organise your school runs and work around the technicians on 4 separate occasions for the same issue is quite frustrating.The customer service at Brent Cross have been quite apathic over this ordeal.Its been almost 2 months since the sofas have arrived, and dont even know how long it would be before I actually will manage to get the sofa off the wooden blocks! The joy and excitement of having new sofas have gone out of the window!A very long review from a very disappointed customer!

Brought a very expensive sofa and pair of chairs at the beginning of January 2023. Told it would take 3 months. As of the beginning of June, I have still received nothing. I have called several times and been given different excuses, however the company ultimately doesn’t care because your deposit is non refundable and it appears there is nothing in the contract they make you sign that penalises them for poor customer service or lateness. My patience is up and I’m going to complain to trading standards and attempt to recall my funds, I would highly recommend you choose an actual high end option when selecting your home furniture and not these bunch of cowboys

Exceptional store for furniture all staff are very helpful especially Suni who was very helpful and knew his product.

So disappointed! This is my second large purchase from Natuzzi my first was from Manchester, but this time I bought from Lakeside. The product is amazing however when something goes wrong the customer service is dreadful! They do not ring you back, They do not respond to emails, They do not do what they promise. I then had to threaten to go into the showroom and suddenly I have an engineer at my house sorting out the problem. However he said he would return with spares to complete the repair and yes you guessed it.. Radio Silence! I have recently contacted Lakeside again and no response again. Dreadful! Great product but its expensive so you expect the service to go with it, with Natuzzi Lakeside you simply do not get it! I would not recommend buying from them.
