Verve Architecture

Initially good as Mark gave us some ideas that we had previously not thought about. However after going through the planning process, we discovered the roof design chosen was after discussions with our builder going to cost us considerably more money to build and this was not what Mark had advised. We therefore had to go back to planning to re-submit a new set of drawings. After chasing Mark for weeks by phone and email we hadn’t heard anything, however after leaving this review, he got in touch straight away!!! Mark then helped us sort out the new drawings and these were submitted to the planning department. Once approved we contacted Mark about resubmitting then to the building control company. He promised that he would send them but after about a week we checked with the company nothing had been sent. Chased him again - left two messages and sent an email but again nothing. This has been a very stressful process, taking over a year to conclude and Mark has certainly not helped to ensure this was a smooth process for us.
