Bayview Kentallen Bay
A well equipped little cottage overlooking Loch Linnhe Bay. Lovely walks, cycle rides and views. Nice wee hotel/ pub 10 minute walk away. It is February and snowing, a bit cold in the kitchen and bedrooms, but moved the heaters around and it gets cosy. Superb views. Near a busy road but double glazing helps. Here for a week, very relaxing, good value for money, would come back.

There is so much to do from this pretty cottage. The view over the bay is entrancing and different every time you look. We bring the family in the summer and are spoilt for choice - cruising on the West Coast, lunch in Tobermory, Mull, a walk up the Glencoe mountains, a visit to Stalker castle, a pub meal at the Holly Tree walking distance from the cottage beside the loch.Even more beautiful for 2 of us off season, the colours in November are brilliant, things to do even in the rain, snow down to 2,000 feet in the hills all around, skiing at Nevis Range or Glencoe.Very very cosy and comfortable in the cottage, they have thought of everything.Beds are beautiful, we get up later and later every day. Bayview Kentallen Bay. Very good. Near at the loch. View was amazing and so quite. We will be back again. This place is accessible to everything. Restaurant is near.

I have been staying in 3 Bay View with my family for the past week and we've had a fantastic time. The cottage is warm and has everything we need, a pair of wellies even fitted my son when he was tramping through boggy areas outside. The New Caledonian Cycle path can be directly accessed from the back of the cottage (bit of a push for the bikes up the hill) but we've cycled to Cuil Bay through the countryside, the Dragins Tooth activity area (for a lovely scone) and we can walk to the Holly Tree hotel for lunch or dinner and a swim on traffic free routes. We've climbed up to a big waterfall on the mountain behind us and all this without taking the car anywhere.The views are tremendous, they take your breath away.The A48 goes in front of the house, we haven't found it intrudes on our holiday in any way, it's quiet at night. We would be back over and over again and would recommend it to anyone.

Spent a wonderful Christmas at 3 Bayview Cottage and would not hesitate to return. The cottage was warm and cosy, with delightful views across the loch. The weather was kind to us and we made the most of our week here. There is so much to do in the area and the cottage provides the perfect base for exploring by land or sea. The highlights of our visit were: a walk around the Glenfinnan Viaduct; a circular walk along the Caledonian Canal and Neptune's Staircase; a cable car ride up the Ben Nevis range, with stunning views and walks at the top; a picturesque walk along Glen Nevis to Steall Falls; two beautiful walks from Glencoe visitor centre; Corran ferry to Ardnamurchan peninsula and 'road trip' to the most westerly point in UK.
