So I had a full service and some repairs .They had my car for 3 weeks no offer of a courtesy car and lack of communication from the service team. I had to get a hire car that cost more than the repairs they did on my car £1500+ when I finally got my car back I noticed water in the car so i took it back after using two towels to soke up the water must of been at least 5 litres of water. They cleaned up the car but when picking my car up i cheaked the boot and there was water there so it was booked in for a cheak up . And they said it was the back left light letting in water but they said it was fixed . They even said its unusual as the qashqai is water tight and the seals are good . But about two days later it was leaking . Took it back now they are saying its my back window letting in water . I can't keep taking it back as its never getting fixed and costing me money. Yet the leak happed when I left it with them for three weeks no problems before that. I feel like they don't care and won't take responsibility for the damage. Not happy very disappointed with nissan worthing .

I am extremely dissatisfied with the car I purchased. I have already lodged a formal complaint with Nissan directly.To begin, the car was sold to me with defects that were eventually rectified. Subsequently, a fault arose with the passenger side blind spot indicator, necessitating two follow-up visits before a replacement part was installed. Although they did offer a courtesy car due to the distance I live from the dealership, I was told it would be a quick fix on the day of my visit, only to end up waiting around. During that visit, they uncovered another issue with the gearbox, causing jerking upon setting off, which was later resolved.Fast forward to my MOT, I was shocked to learn that the front brakes were at 100% wear, the rear brakes at 80% wear, and the suspension bushes were cracked. These issues required immediate attention and incurred a cost of just under £1500 for an approved used car that had only been driven around 8,000 miles.Since then, I've been actively trying to address this problem and have retained the replaced parts. I contacted Yeomans and requested a copy of the vehicle's pre-inspection sheet, suspecting that the car was not thoroughly inspected before sale. However, I have not received any responses to my emails despite numerous requests. This lack of communication has led me to escalate my complaint to Nissan directly in the hopes of reaching a resolution.I strongly recommend against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, as it appears they are not conducting the proper inspections one would expect from an approved used car dealer.Update - have been offered £400 in compensation and 1 years free servicing at Nissan which I have had to decline due to the compensation being inadequate. This matter now escalated to the motor Ombudsman.

We recently exchanged our Nissan Qashqia for a newer model at Yeomans Worthing.We are extremely happy with the excellent service we received from James. He was friendly, very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. As older clients we found James very easy to talk to and he took interest in our requirements.There was no pressure to make a purchase and after we declined the first car we were interested in James went above and beyond to find us another. I don't like car dealerships or car salesmen for many good reasons (in my eyes) - but my husband does - and so I accompanied him to Nissan in Worthing and met Zach. I did not know that buying a car could be such a pleasurable thing to do. Zach could not have been more helpful and put no pressure on us at all throughout the whole of the tracnsaction. There were a few issues that needed to be resolved and he sorted them out effortlessly and even contacted us on his day off! He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us and it truly opened my eyes as to what an outstanding car salesmen looks like. Even after purchasing the car (deal done), he has continued to care about how we are getting on with the car and is there anything else he can do to help. Incredible! It has completely changed my outlook on buying a car from a dealership.
