Worst mobile fitting I have ever booked. Ordered tyres online and paid on the Monday for the tyres to be fitted 0830 Friday morning. They accepted booking and took the money straight away. Received a text message asking me to phone them regarding my fitting. Phoned them and was on hold for over 40 minutes only to be told that the fitter was on leave that week so they my tyres would not be fitted. They gave me just over 24 hours notice of this problem when they vould have told me a lot earlier. Refunds process was not sorted so I had to ring another 2 times to get the refund. They could have rang me to discuss the fitting but all they sent was a text message. Soon as they have your money they are not very helpful. Won't use them again and I would not recommend to anyone. No option of zero * so I had to put 1*.

Took honda in for new disks and pads on rear.... was told also needed a rear caliper... 260 pounds for one rear caliper I found was way over priced especially when on line found one from bosch for 68 pounds.. total bill was 516! Stay away they far to expensive.

Would not come back here or recommend them to anyone, very arrogant people especially when they failed my car windscreen washers (which were and are working perfectly fine) I then shown the guy that was dealing with me that they’re working spot on as I told him, as I said when he told me it failed on that. all I got was a raise of his hand a shrugged his shoulders!

Friendly and helpful staff. Booked online (very easy) quickly changed out 2 tyres and wheel alignment, was back on the road in an hour. Excellent.

Had a big puncture (screw) that they couldn’t identify, told me the heatwave affects my tyres by 20 psi (what heatwave?) and were really quick to dismiss me.

The most unfriendly place I have ever had the misfortune to visit.Took my daughter here to prove to her that not all tyre places and garages are to be avoided by lone females. Unfortunately these guys just helped to enforce her fears . The most unfriendly, sarcastic and arrogant group of guys you have ever met . Even the manager joined in .No wonder the place was deserted of customersLuckily after waking out of here we found Ridgeway Tyre Centre, just up the road . A much nicer place you couldn’t hope to find .

Very good an efficient service from a team that is clearly working under pressure.My van failed it’s MoT and they were able to promptly repair the fault and retest so I could quickly get back to work.
