Brilliant little shop with amazing customer service. Dead easy to find down at the corner of the harbour and st James'.

Bought a leather belt from here some 20+ years ago and is holding my trousers up still. I bought another one as the quality is still there. The members of staff both times were helpful and pleasant. The price was very competitive.

I saw a ring that I loved in the shop window and so went in to try it on with genuine interest to buy. I was trying it on different fingers, as you do, to decide which it looked best on to which the lady in the shop was very pushy for me to pick which one I wanted it for. I then asked to see other rings in my size and tried one on which didn’t fit, she then proceeded to snap at me and say that “it doesn’t fit because you’ve been putting other ones on and off”. Her absolute lack of patience and condescending behaviour then lead me to quickly leave the shop, with no ring and it’s safe to say I will not be going in again. If you’re looking to buy from there, make sure the first one you pick is correct, give them the cash and leave, ask no questions and NEVER EVER ask to try other ones on.

Nice shop with reasonable prices. The guys in there are lovely people, but beware of pam.... She looked down on us and was extremely snotty. Other than that you should visit the shop, just wait to be served by someone else

Bought a nearly new Seamaster from Harkers, Jason and Richard were knowledgeable whilst not being over 'sellsy', always nice to converse with other watch lovers in a non stuffy, non pompous environment which this was. Love the watch, great end to the holiday.

Shocking service didn't have a mask due to cancer and epilepsy. I told him I was exempt. But still said I needed a mask. I know he's looking out for his customers but felt proper degraded.
