The women here is very rude literally ripped open the bag of shoes and wouldn’t take because a little bit of mud in the soles ( even though the shoes are pretty much brand new ) my little boys feet grow quick ! I’m the end we ended up walking out with four bags of clothes and 2 shoe bags !! I’d stay well clear ! Very rude women get customer service stinks

Horrible rude lady who was very picky with what she would take with no explanation why she would not take perfectly good shoes and clothes. Will take my clothes to a charity shop next time as only got £2 for a full bin bag

Lady was very rude and gave no explanation as to why she wouldn’t take certain clothes and blankets when there is nothing wrong with them, I won’t be going back I felt very uncomfortable in there

Took 12 bags of clothes. The lady never spoke or made me feel welcome. She took everything out of all the bags and checked them , she made me feel alittle uncomfortable.Alot of the clothes were dusty because they had been sat in our back room since last year. I understand that they have to check but not make you feel uneasy. Next time I will forget about money and just give them to a charity.

Rude lady and took us 15 minute to drop off one bag of clothes. She rejected a coat for a small mud mark on the pocket but the coat had only been worn a few times. Better to give to the charity shop as made all of £1.20

Staff member made me feel really uncomfortable and wouldnt take brand new top that had tags on, wont be going there again, maybe get some more welcoming staff

Staff very grumpy and made me feel uncomfortable. Didn't speak to me except to chuck clothes back at me saying no good"....it had 4 cat hairs on it!!!! I apologised and said clothes had been in a bag for several months but she just tutted and ignored me. Won't be going back there again. Left the clothes for Salvation Army by petrol station."

I wouldn't bother going here the member of staff that was on this morning was very rude, they only take clothes that look new and have tags on them and I can't believe they don't take brand new packs of sock and underwear don't people who are struggling need these items it seams to me that they sell the clothes and not actually send them to families that are in desperate need of clothing.

Very rude lady! Didn’t give any explanation to why she didn’t take certain clothes. I even said “nice day today isn’t it” she looked at me and didn’t speak a word the entire time I was in there. Won’t be going here again.
