Tasty fresh fragrant food.Used this Chinese rather than my usual and im glad I did!Great selection, beautifully cooked and lots of meat in all dishes...I will definitely be using lucky house as 1st choice for Chinese takeaway.

Took 2 hours to deliver. Phone was constantly engaged. Finally got through and they claimed to not have received my order despite the fact I received a text an hour before that it was out for delivery. The food finally turned up for it all to be burnt and one of the containers had burst leaking the contents everywhere. Absolutely Terrible.

The food was nice but we ordered around 5.30pm and they said it will come by 6.20pm. We finally got are food at 7.00pm and the person who delivered it didn't know how much to charge and had trouble finding this house when it's so easy to find.

Absolute joke of a take away.3hrs to decide they can’t deliver any kind of food after taking payment and stringing me along on the phone. Inept drivers and delivery service.

This awful place needs less than 1 star. Ordered food 3 hours ago, still hasn’t turned up. Rang them once and they said it’s on its way and then it still didn’t turn up half an hour later and been trying to ring them ever since and they won’t pick up the phone to get our money back. Useless. What a waste of time and space this place must be, don’t know how to conduct business.

Ordered a set meal for 1.Large portions and can easily get two meals out of it.Sweet and sour Chicken in batter was good.Fried Rice very interesting. The beef chow mein very floppy and overcooked.No evidence of any interest in what they're cooking.

If I could give a review of 0 stars I would.Ordered my food at 6:30 to be told my dinner should arrive at 7:40. My food didn't show up so I phoned the restaurant at 8:15 to than be told my food will be with me in 25-30 minutes. It's now currently 10:10pm and still no food.Tired phoning up again but 20+ phone calls later I still can't get through to cancel and get a refund!Don't order from here! Poor service! Unsure of how the food taste, still haven't received my order!!!
