Short and sweet, I brought a ten plate Passat about four months ago.The service I received and continued support and service has been great. I have recommended them to friends and family.I love my car and haven't had a single issue despite the many miles i travel up and down the countryI would buy my next car there too.

Very poor customer service, Car was not ready when I came to collect, overheated on the drive home. Broke down again a few days later was sent back for repairs, took over two months to get the car back with no courtesy car. Constantly lied to about the car being fixed, when I rung the workshop direct that had not even started looking at it. Car came back and broke down 2 days later was sent back again, this time courtesy car was provided with bald tyres and tax about to run out. Another two months later car was finally returned only to break down again with same problem. Due to the stress of dealing with this company I have had to cut my losses and get car repaired through a garage I trust. Avoid this dealership at all cost, terrible service, unfriendly staff and not trustworthy.

I have nothing good to say about this car dealership! They sold us a car which was not road worthy and after driving it out of the city black smoke started pouring out of the exhaust pipe. We also could not open the bonnet which Mr lee the owner assured us he would fix but never did after many times asking. We also did not have the correct key fob which meant the car alarm went off every time we unlocked the car.We went back to Mr Lee and asked him to sort out this damage and problems with the exhaust fumes. He said he would take it to a diesel specialist, which he then charged us £95 which I know for a fact according to trading standards is against the law. So I phoned Mr Lee this evening and I wanted to discuss this matter with him, within 5 seconds this man screamed at me, he called me names and told me I was winging about nothing! He persisted to scream and then threatened me!! He also said he would keep our car and we would not get any of our money back? I was very scared by this point and am still shaking and feel very sick. He kept saying get your husband to call me, but I was the one paying so I wanted to clarify things and I also am the one who had recently spoken to Portsmouth city councils trading standards department and knew our rights.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! TELL ANYONE ELSE YOU KNOW!!I shall be complaining to trading standards next week in writing and sending Mr Lee the same letter. People like this should not be allowed to sell to the public or deal with the public. I will be contacting The News a Portsmouth paper. I will do as much as I can to not let him and this company get away with this. Beware!

Awful!! Best avoided.Website shows that hey are open on a Sunday so I called early on Saturday to arrange a viewing and test drive. I was travelling from London.A lady (who I won't name), took all my details and said Im all booked in.Upon my arrival at 11:30am I found the place closed. Tried all the numbers on the banner of the premisses but no answer. After a few minutes two guys pulled up and questioned me on why Im there and I replied that I'm here for my appointment to which they looked very confused. When asked, what car I'm here to see, I told them and they had no clue. I had to show the guy the ad on AutoTrader. They then told me to wait 5 minutes and drove off.15 minutes later they returned saying they cant find the car. Then left again for another 10 min and came back with the same answer.The guy apologised and promised he will ensure the driver collects the car in the morning and bring it to me in London to view as a consolation for my wasted journey. I said that I have other appointments so he needs to be at mine for 11am and he said no problem.Whilst waiting at the train station, I got a call telling me that they found the car and that it was in a locked parking garage at Portsmouth football stadium so they will collect it first thing Monday and drive it to me.Monday morning came and I called to find out if the driver is on his way - no answer. Left messages and sent texts and had no reply.11:15 I received a call from Southern Trade Centre with a man asking me if Im still interested in the car? He told me that the car was still in Portsmouth as it had to go for an MOT so I told them I am no longer interested.I would at the very least expect a refund of my travel costs from London but am still to hear anything from them.Absolute waste of time trying to deal with amateurs.Please don't waste your time like I did.

Recently bought a car from this garage, Amazing service from Rob but the owner Quang was possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I was told the fault and then because that was covered under warranty he came up with an excuse and then made me pay to get my car back. The way he spoke to me was absolutely disgusting, very disrespect. Do not buy your car from here, very deceitful and awful customer service. Horrendous man and company, not to be trusted.

Brought a car from them and the hub was snapped (very dangerous) tracking was out 3 bold tyres and temperature side was not working, camps rusted, clutch on way out. Wasn't serviced properly. Would not buy from these people again.

horrendous company to buy from avoid at all costs.Bought a car, alternator needed replacing with in a week as well as the battery, rang to ask if they would repair/ and or reimburse the money spent. told car was 'trade deal sold as seen' no car dealer can sell a car as sold as seen.avoid at all costs

Went in to purchase a car on finance. When went to look at the car stated it would be serviced and MOT'd. Car had 3 months MOT left, when I went to collect they tried to hand me the vehicle with 3 months left. I told them I wanted a year, got a call next day saying man didn't arrive for MOT, but when looking online car had been MOT'd but FAILED! Be cautious

jut like to thank the staff and Lois for good work and effort they went to as I've had dealings with this garage before and u go above and beyond to do your best and extremely happy with the car and a bigger thanks to quang for making this happen so would highly recommend this garage

Had a really nice experience with the sales team! They are professional, pacient with customers that don't know what there looking for and friendly as well. You will be greated with a nice smile the moment you walk in. Totally recommended!!!!
