Sold my Rolex GMT-Master II yesterday. Very good experience. Was offered market price. Process lasted 15-20 minutes and was dealt with professionally. Was amazed at the ease of process and though I don’t write many reviews I couldn’t help sharing the positive experience I experienced. Was dealt with by the owner himself, a thorough gentlemen. Would highly recommend.

Sold 3 watches to this company. Price was agreed verbally beforehand and excellent prices given compared to other companies. Did not try to renegotiate when I got there and stood on his prices. Very relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a watch

Travelled 250+ miles to view a watch at their store. Left a £4000 deposit on the watch. Unfortunately when transferring the remaining balance, our bank tied up the funds. Pristine Watches said that they were going to sell the watch to another customer after just 7 days!It then took them 7 days and multiple telephone calls to both mobiles and landline numbers to return the £4000 deposit which was eventually put back into the bank account. Overall, a really bad experience from people who seemed to care very little about an important purchase.

Sold my Rolex Day Date 40. Great service throughout. Was offered competitive price subject to inspection, Pristine Jewellers honoured the price quoted upon inspection unlike most other jewellers which tend to haggle you down in person. Honest, transparent company would strongly recommend.
