Okey Chinese Supermarket

I think I will be a frequent visitor. I love mochi and this place has best selection I have ever seen.They are also on Uber eats buts there is a very limited selection on thereI would like to see them offer a postal service as I have a friend in Wales who would love to shop their full range here

I used to love using this supermarket, but on the last two occasions I've been there, I've been overcharged for things, basically from the cashier double scanning items from my basket. I'd like to think this is just from human error, but on both occasions, the items double scanned, were the most expensive items in my shopping basket. Also, they have sesame peanut butter on the shelf, that's a year out of date. The date on the top of the lid is the only date on the jar, so you can only assume it's the expiration date and not the production date. I told them about it 2 months ago, but it's still there for sale. Right hand side of the shop, at the back. Today was the last time I'll be using them!

So i live very close and um the people are so nice they sometimes give us free treats nice drinks like mogu mogu and ramune also have alot of ramen so i love it also it is connected to another shop.When u visit Elm grove come there but the prices are a bit hight.❤I come with my brothers and there are a nice celection of candy drinks and more so i love the buissness.Also i go there every 3 weeks and its always so nice they always have a smile on thier face and are alway there if u need help!!!!

Huge selection of very fun and tasty food. So many ingredients that are hard to find elsewhere but unimaginably exspensive. Got to the checkout without checking price on a bag of chicken and it was £33

I am fully aware of the struggles that a small business like this can be facing in these challenging times, but I'm going to stay away from this store and leave this review as it is until two changes are implemented:1. a full renovation of their protocols and standards when it comes to controlling expiry dates,2. and more importantly, a cash register machine with a screen that shows the customer the list of items and prices as they build up, to prevent double scanning and to control what is actually being charged to the customer.I don't envision the owners implementing those changes right away just because someone said so on Google, so for the time being on I'll stick to buying my Asian food in Sun Hung Chang in Commercial Road--which is still the only good store of its kind in Portsmouth.

Selling food that has past expiry date. I bought a bag of these snacks today, on 13th September, without checking the best before date. Only found that the best before date for this product is 6th September. when back home. If you really need to buy from this store, check carefully before paying.

Best Asian Supermarket in Portsmouth.This store is much bigger than any of the local competitors it also has a variety of food and ingredients from different Asian countries. The two staff are always friendly and help you find anything you need.Finally thank you for accepting American Express! Will be going here from now on.
