Great couple who run the place, friendly and helpful. They do do DPD parcel drop off, as I've done this several times.

Owned and Run by a lovely couple, who have been more than helpful and kind to us since they've been there.

Poor customer service for DPD parcels.I just called the shop today, a lady has told me they are too busy and put the phone down?!Where are her maneres? Could not she ask me to call back in hour or two.The shop consistently has issues with size of DPD parcels and has even return it back well before normal requirements.Their issue is they do not have space"

Went to deliver DPD package at 7:30pm when they are open and the shop is empty - they say they only take packages before 6pm as they bar code scanner doesn’t work after this time - they obviously don’t want the business.

Absolutely hands down the worst customer service ever encountered. Went to collect a DPD parcel at 7.50pm to be told the shop was shut, even though I was in said shop. Some rubbish about parcels only collected before 6pm. The staff in there are beyond rude. Went back on Saturday to be told that my parcel has been sent back as it was too big, even though I have proof from DPD that is was delivered. Shoppers beware!

Warning. DO NOT use this place for DPD, definitely not the place to go for dropping off your parcels. Chances of getting rejected is way higher than accepted. I tried a few times to drop off parcels, they will give you very lame excuses like, they don’t have the equipment to scan your QR code, their places are too small to accommodate anymore parcel, they don’t have the slips to print the barcode to paste on your parcels. Very ridiculous to carry my parcel all the way to their shop to get rejected not just once.Most of the staff I have encountered are rather rude. On occasion they did accept my parcel unwillingly, they did it with an attitude, dropping my box down on the floor.Other than the poor dpd service (which I think should not even have been a dpd drop off in the first place since they are so unwillinging to accept any item), I think they are alright with the selling of confectionary and drinks. Prices are reasonable.

To save everyone the hassle, don’t bother going here to drop off DPD parcels as it’s never possible. Just go straight to Sainsbury’s in Canada Water (Leaders Minimarket on Evelyn St is equally useless). Told them to update the dpd website but they won’t.

Would not recommend for any DPD pick up points. I have been told a number of times they cannot take parcels due to space reasons (why be a delivery point??) and they refuse to take delivery of DPD parcels from delivery drivers. Would not ever use again for DPD.
