Sent My Vacuum cleaner to Dyson DC41 on 2/08, was informed they didn't have the parts to repair though would give me 25% discount on a new machine, it needed a new motorhead and a ball was detached, they returned the machine minus the ball or motorhead, after speaking to a Dyson operative in Cape Town X2 was told that the machine had to be returned to them to identify the missing parts they failed to return with the vacuum to me.I have even sent a photograph, all I want is the machine complete and working, they cannot even return all the items. I have emailed , phoned, and been on messenger, all to no avail, I am no further forward. And suspect due to their internal failings of this company the machine will be returned in the same state minus the motorhead etc., again. I would like to recommend Dyson, but how can I now. Perhaps a trip to their office on Wiltshire, very tempting, alas I live hundreds of miles away.

I bought 3 hair products from Dyson for my wife’s birthday totalling £1159.97.Two weeks past and nothing arrived so I called customer services and they re-ordered the bits.A few days later two of the three bits came and they took two lots of monies from my card £349.99 and £809.98 totalling the full £1159.97 which is fine…One month later I’m still waiting for the third item and Dyson tell me I’ve not paid for it so I won’t get it until I have!!! I made Untold amounts of calls to customer services then I’m told to stop ringing and contact them through WhatsApp which I did and have got nowhere..Then Dyson have taken another £479.99 from my card and totally deny doing so.I’ve now been communicating with them via messenger providing them with 100% proof via bank statements that they’ve not only had the full amount for the goods ordered but an extra £479.99 and they still haven’t supplied the third item. They basically call me a liar and just say check with my bank, which obviously I have.This has been going on for 3 months.I’m now looking into going legal against Dyson.

What has happened to Dyson? I’ve been trying to get our two Dyson cordless vacuum cleaners fixed. I have used WhatsApp, e-mail and finally resorted to calling,. The first day I had to wait 59 minutes and the second day when ringing just after 8 am I had to wait over 20 minutes!!! I went all the way through registration, serial numbers etc and was then cut off. I am so disappointed. I run a holiday cottage business I haven’t got time to waste and live only 6 miles from Malmesbury where they have offices. I wanted to support a local company when I purchased the machines but now I have no faith in Dyson. I really feel I cannot recommend buying a Dyson at this moment in time as Dysons do break and their customer service needs some serious attention. There is no easy way to contact them and get things sorted quickly. Dyson if you ever read this please contact me you took my details.

A part of my Dyson, (the emptying bin) somehow got lost I telephoned Dyson customer service waited a good 15 minutes. The man who replied asked me who lost it! when I told him it was irrelevant he said that I would have to pay for it! Did I ever expected to be replaced free!?he then requested my name, and put the telephone down half way.What sort of customer service is that

I have been trying for months to get a new battery pack for my v10 vacuum. I’ve put in online orders (I’m in the US) and they get cancelled. I get random pings from Dyson on my credit card, I cannot get through to anyone at the King of Prussia service center (the local phone number directs to the offshore customer service, who reluctantly put my call through, where it goes to a full voicemail box). The only constant is that customer service always offers me 20% off a new vacuum. I just want mine to work. And nobody in that company cares. Great vacuum, horrendous customer service.*** Wow! Hey Dyson, doesn’t anyone in your company care that so may people think your customer service sucks? There are a lot of folks in these reviews who took the time to search you out and post a one-star review. ***

Shameful customer service! I bought a fan directly from Dyson which became faulty so it was returned and replaced. The replacement was also faulty. Having returned 4 faulty fans, Dyson agreed to a refund (June 2023). So far I have spent 3 months chasing the refund and this has included me being on phone for 7 hours!! Customer service is incompetent and has poor processes. I have been promised a refund 4 times, I have given my bank details 4 times. For some reason the refund is rejected by the back office and there is no process or inclination for Dyson to follow this up and call the customer - you have to call them!Still waiting for £250 to be returned to me.Appalling!!! Shameful!Reputable companies will respond. They will also react to poor reviews on here. Dyson isn't interested and doesn't care.Note: In the end I wrote to Dyson head office who did reply. After 2 attempts from them I got a full refund. Dyson needs to sort out how its overseas call centre deals with 'non-standard' issues. It took me 5 months of chasing with 10 hours on the phone - this is totally unacceptable for a company the size of Dyson. They need to care as much about their customers as they do about the design 'innovations'!

Bought 2 machines from Dyson UK website, 31st July error in confirmation email I tried to call Dyson customer service, many times, the message simply said that they could not take any phone calls, the website chat system doesn't respond Dyson use Parcel force for their deliveries, again you cannot call them and their tracking system does not update . The whole experience is utterly pathetic !!UPDATE 2 Aug 8th - Dyson remain totally closed to the world of their customers , it’s still the same , IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to speak to them ! Parcel Force just called me , they say , sorry we have lost your 2 machines call Dyson they said !!! UPDATE 3: Aug 15th - Dyson phone lines still state , we cannot take your call and there is no other way of communicating with Dyson NONE ! UPDATE 4 : 20th Aug No contact from Dyson , I kept calling, finally I got through , I asked when they were going to ship replacement machines cos Parcel Force told me they had lost mine , Dyson said , we know nothing about any of this , we will contact PF they said , but how long until you send out replacements ? Dyson said it’s takes 10 working days to get a reply from PF then we will contact you bout sending replacements, i said I have waited 3 weeks already , just refund me , Dyson said no can do , shafted again ! UPDATE 4: Aug 29th - it’s more than 19 days since Dyson said they would get back to me bout my missing machines , stony silence prevails . UPDATE 5 Sept 9th:Dyson say they want make refund for the machines because they did not take payment only anauthorisation . My bankers confirm that did take £560. After a long phone to Cape Town , Dyson said they would look into it and EMAIL me UPDATE Sept 10th - Dyson emailed , apologised and say they will refund , it takes 10 days for refund , I responded asking for compensation for the delays , up to Sept 14th , no reply !! UPDATE Sept 20th They have not issued refund and are not replying to my emails , their phone lines as always don’t work , perhaps they have collapsed under the weight of their incompetence !!Avoid buying anything from these guys ..

Absolutely appalling! What has happened to what was once an amazing company! You simply cannot speak to anyone who offers answers! Still awaiting a refund! Now taking legal action, I would NEVER buy from Dyson again! Simply do not deserve business!

I am a very disapointed user of Dyson products. I currently own a Dyson Animal Ball and a V15 Detect. Regarding the latter, which I purchased in January 2023, I have never received the purchase invoice despite numerous attempts to claim it via email and phone on ten occasions.I consistently received the same response, assuring me that my request would be processed and that I would receive my invoice within 48 hours. During my last telephone conversation, which lasted 1.30 hours, it was discovered that there was a problem in your system preventing me from receiving your emails. This seems peculiar, considering that I have received your promotions, and I have also received a receipt for the repair of the Animal Ball but never the claimed invoice.However, I have been promised that the issue would be resolved before December 8th, the date I close my balance sheet. As of now, I am still waiting to receive the invoice however your emails with promotional materials always arrive on time! Plus today When I logged into MY DYSON, I discovered that all my appliances had disappeared, and in one of the emails you sent me, my Airwrap is listed with my serial number but in a different colour and model. but nothing at all in my dyson"In my last call

Worst customer service. Don't buy from them unless you want to be fleeced, repeatedly promised a refund, product being collected and then Dyson denying all knowledge of it. Over a month of calls to this incompetent company with multiple long waits. No email correspondence for proof and extremely deceitful and dishonest behaviour throughout.Appalling
