Been there at the end of 2022 to change all 4 tyres (Good year) for all weather. Got 10 or 15% discount on them with an offer. Drove through ice and snow during winter - what a great investment that was.Also, been there for a 2nd time to change my coolant.Guys are professional, polite and do work fairly quickly.Happy with the prices.Also, because it's part of Halfords. You can book othere services with them through the portal.I do recommend them!

Brought my car in for a service and MOT. Heard a load scrapping sound only to discover the lower engine panel was left unsecured. Phoned and told to bring it in, thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead they removed fastners and tie wrapped a perfectly good panel. Panel now in bits and hanging off, but garage claim they are wait on fasteners. What about the panel that's now in bits due to your inexperienced engineering practices. I want it restored to how it was deliverer to the garage. Not a lesser standard.

Been there trice so far and each time it was a great experience. Staff is very friendly and eager to help.It's in a good location too so waiting on site is not a chore as you can just wander off for a bit of shopping or a snack.

Booked in by phone, arrived in plenty of time but no trace of booking, so had to go to the back of the queue waiting the extra hour I was not expecting!No one owned up to the mistake made an hour before the allotted time, which would have made the situ better. Mistakes happen as we all know & it was a good job done on my sick tyre in the end!

Brilliant service!I got a tyre puncture and go to a nearby garage and was told that it could not be repaired and has to replace the tyre, then I left and saw this garage and was told that it can be repaired and very quick but need to go afternoon as it was fully booked in the morning. Then I went afternoon and it only took about 15 minutes and done, the mechanic also gave me advice on the front brake condition to aware of, very professional, definitely recommended!

I've had an absolute mare with my car, and the guys at national tyres in mansfield have been god sends!! They have been soo reliable and patient with us, especially when my car was driving me insane!! Would highly recommend this garage to anyone, and will definitely be taking my car back there... hopefully not for a few months though!!!!Thank you for everything guys, you have all been amazing!!!

I had rear brake discs and pads fitted. They managed to free off the caliper, saving me a lot of money. Big shout out to Josh who was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. He kept me fully informed, I would echo previous comments - this guy is a real asset to your company. Great customer service from National Tyres, I would recommend giving them a try.
