Great hire/courtesy car company. staff are always friendly, polite and helpful the drivers who deliver/pick up the vehicles are just as great as those who I’ve spoken to on the phone, had the pleasure of David M delivering the vehicle and then Naz and Channa collecting the vehicle.

Extremely friendly staff, both in the office, answering phones to handing over the hire vehicle. Haley Foggo did my handover, and I found her to be extremely thorough and patient when explaining the differences between the hire WAV and my own. She made me feel at ease which, in turn relieved my anxiety and stress. Hayley was able to answer any questions I had with confidence and was able to clarify any confusion I may have experienced whilst answering my questions. I would highly recommend Proximo if you like an easy, stress free life.

Excellent service from start to finish! Having never heard of Proximo about 3 weeks ago to having a wheelchair accessible vehicle delivered yesterday. From initial enquiry Kat Drake was brilliant in arranging a flexible lease, helpful advice, realistic time frame and excellent communication. The vehicle was clean and tidy ready to go. Sunny delivered it from Coventry to Cornwall on the Friday of the bank holiday weekend - No easy journey and was polite, friendly and helpful explaining the full details of how to use the vehicle with a wheelchair.Highly recommend.

Really good customer service.Very good to understand my needs as a disabled driver. They put plenty of time to me showing me where all the essential buttons features are. I'm Dyspraxic so that meant a lot. As a lot of people rush these days. But not Proximo. Friendly, approachable. Understanding.
