The Exeter boasts a free tailor service. It has been months now that I have been trying to get a £110 jean altered only to be fobbed off with one excuse after another. Now can you believe their tailor has left? They dont offer this service dont fall for the con! I would give zero stars if i could.

Great selection of menswear, and if it's not there you can have it sent in-store for pick up. There's plenty of staff to assist and a young gentleman, Harry, is always fantastic.Highly recommended getting yourself a point/membership as the rewards can be very practical

Fantastic service from Rachel in the Levi shop in Exeter, so we bought some jeans. Impressed with Rachel who is a lovely young lady, friendly, cheerful and she has amazing product knowledge. We went back again a few days later, saw her again and bought another pair of jeans and a tee shirt. I am sure we will return again. Thanks Rachel from Andrea and Tim.

I really wanted this jumper that was no longer in stock and the salesman 'little Tom' had gone above and beyond to help me out and get me the jumper I wanted I honestly couldn't be more happy with it, I love it!'Little' Tom was very happy, friendly and easy to talk to, he really did make my day.THANK YOU SO MUCH LITTLE TOM!!!!
