Had a punture. Rang to see if they could help. If you can get someone to inflate it bring it anytime and we will fit it in except 12-1 which is lunchtime. Went round and done in half an hour. Great service!

I had two new tyres put on my car, everyone was very polite, they fitted the service in on the same day and worked quickly. However my husband had recently had all four alloy wheels refurbished and was aware one had a chip on it, the two wheels that were replaced once the fitter had finished, each had a new significant chip in them. One chip was in the middle of the alloy, not on the rim, making it extremely rare it had happened through parking or otherwise, and both still had paintwork attached suggesting they had both just happened.My husband who had taken the car down, questioned the fitter as he knew the condition of all wheels prior to this. The fitter instantly dismissed the claim and said they were already there and claimed no responsibility, and as we didn’t have photo evidence from immediately before the service, we have no way of proving otherwise.To me it’s really clear what’s happened and some accountability would have been the honest thing. I’ll now need to spend money to refurbish these again and so I’m giving this place a negative review and would recommend anyone to take photos immediately before their service happens.

This week at heswell tyre & test I have had new brake pads a front damper unit fitted, to my Mazda 2,both jobs done perfectly ,highly satisfied,great staff explained what needed doing,can recommend.Thanks the Mazda man.
