Alexander Motorcycles Margate

I took my scooter into Alexander motorcycles in Margate on a late Saturday afternoon without having booked it in and not only were the staff extremely helpful and friendly they fixed the problem in no time at all. I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely be going back.

I had radiator issues, they fixed my bike within four days for a very reasonable price. I recommend them highly. Also very good looking mechanic.

Alex is such a helpful guy, have been using these guys for years for motorcycling needs and they are always able to accommodate, even if I have a mishap on the road and it’s a short notice thing. Can’t see myself going anywhere else.

The team at Alexander Motorcycles went above and beyond to make my bike run well, when all other service/repair garages weren't really interested. They listened to my layman's explanation (I'm a new female rider at the age of 59), didn't make me feel or sound silly, and treated me with patience and respect. Will definitely go to them again.

They swindled me out of my hard-earned cash! I'm giving them a terrible review and warning everyone to steer clear of them.The guy in charge, Alexandra, is a proper con artist and a liar. He tried to sting me with an inflated bill. I took my bike to them for a repair, but instead of fixing the issue, they tried to scam me by suggesting unnecessary work just to hike up the bill. Not only that, but they went ahead and did the unnecessary work without asking me first, and then had the cheek to tell me they'd done it and wanted to charge me for it.I'm a learner biker and don't know much about bikes, so I trusted them to sort out the issue, but they just took advantage of my naivety. The explanation they gave me was long and confusing and I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me.I shoulda read all this negative feedback before going to them. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these shysters!
