Although I was not a client with this firm, I had undertaken work experience for a week here. At Rashid's and Co's the employees are very welcoming- ranging from the solicitors to the receptionists and paralegals.

Awful customer service, if you need conveyancing stay away, I needed a quote for conveyancing for a house i wanted to purchase and it took them a week to even respond to me after several calls I made just to speak to someone. If any family or friends need any conveyancing work done I will be advising them to stay away from this place. 1 star is way to high for this place.

I have been using Rashid & Co for the past five years and have always been successful with my cases. Arfan who is one of the main solicitors at the firm has always dealt with my cases, really intelligant and polite just an outstanding solicitor. He even goes out of his way to help me out with any queries I have unlike all other places where you will be demanded to book an appointment in order for them to answer a simple question you have.The ladies at the desk are really helpful and polite. Before choosing Rashid & Co. for representation, we dealt with another firm for a number of years which we were unhappy with their level of professionalism, poor service to their clients and poor customer service. Rashid & co: My Enquires experience is reflecting poor service. Left messages with receiption many time very rarely call back. Sorry but are loosening valuable customers in their local area. SORRY!!!

The money was transferred in the amount of 800 dollars. The problem is still for him to do the same after the money arrived. Is the Al-Rashed Law Firm C or people working for their own account

Excellent service and successful outcome! Had to wait to be seen, and didn't get promised call back, wasn't happy about that but they apologised and gave me urgent appointment. Had horrible family case and went around half dozen solicitors with little to no hope of success, with high quotes for legal work. Someone recommended these guys. Quote was negotiated and less than the other firms I visited. Succeeded with case, and can only give 5 stars for what they did for me.

Before going to Rashid Solicitor I went to Jutla solicitor. They were not professional at all and they completely ruined my case. Afterwards I was referred to Rashid & Co Solicitors in Birmingham. I was really impressed the way they handled my file. Mr. Arfan took long careful time to discuss every points every time. He Tried to make every possible way. And I won my case. They will not give you false hope. I am really satisfied with their services. I wish them all the very best.
