Laser hair removal here is great. Karolina is amazing at what she does and very, very honest with you about results. Preferred over the main Portland Rd branch for sure.

I’ve recently started laser hair regrowth procedure at este Sutton Coldfield, from day one sally has been really friendly and welcoming! I love having my treatment done by her as she makes me feel super comfortable and I can always see the effort she puts in to achieve maximum results for me! I have been with Este medical Group at Sutton Coldfield since 2017, I have had hydrafacial, laser hair removal, dermpen treatments, all my treatment were done by Karolina. She is amazing, very good with her job, she advised me on my skin care routine that suited my skin, honestly I can see my skin has improved in many ways. In the past I have been to many beauty therapist but not good as Karolina, I highly recommend her.

Excellent customer care from Sally. Initially had a consultation with her and she explained the treatment processes. The therapist Karolina is professional and respectful. Great to have this service in North Birmingham. Would like to see other treatments offered in this clinic. Have already recommended to a friend who has had a consultation. Highly recommend.

I have continued to have my laser treatment at Este in Sutton following my hair transplant in Turkey (with Este). Sally is superb and extremely professional. She always provides exemplary service and is very caring. My hair is growing, coming up to 4 months post op. I had full body laser hair removal done by Karolina. She is honestly amazing, so confident with what she does, friendly and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. I have also noticed after only two sessions a 90% reduction in my hair growth. SO happy with the service and results, would only ever go back to Karolina now and if you are considering laser here, go for it you wont regret it.

I have been using Este at Sutton Coldfield now for a period of 3 months and i am very impressed with their customer service, the treatment and the cleanliness of the room. Bitta has been extremely helpful in aiding me with the light therapy sessions as well as the monoxidil treatment. Bitta always goes out of her way to make me feel welcome and will do all that she can to aid my treatment. Sally has been amazing throughout the experience and always replies to my messages at all times of the day. I would highly recommend the Sutton branch as they treat you like a family and are always there for you! Thank you Este.
