I had a negative experience with this firm. I needed their guidance whilst buying the accessories for my laminate floor which they would install. Suddenly Martin got p#ed off because of me asking to clarify the correct parts and just told me he didn't want my business. I then ended up with wrong accessories I have ordered due to his actions and the whole project being delayed by weeks plus I wasted money on wrong floor bars
