Rob is awesome. I lost my whole computer. Within 4 days he had me back up and running. He upgraded the system which has gone from being really, really slow to immediate. I trust him completely and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He expalins everything, nothing is too much trouble. Picked it up from home and delivered it back. Didn't leave until it was set up and working. Half the price of a new computer and with all my files recovered. I've used him before on a different device with the same impeccable result.
