Poor quality furniture accompanied with poor quality customer service. I have been round and round in circles trying to sort out a simple issue. Shop personnel have taken my details several times, I've been told the warehouse is sorting the issue several times, I've had 2 separate visits from 4 different workers (no COVID controls) who have entered my home, taken pictures of the defects, however no follow up actioned. Contacted again recently after a couple of months only to hear the same excuses and re-run of previous. Unacceptable customer service, no organisational skills or record keeping capabilities. My advice is to steer well clear.

Great furniture and always have great deals and sales on. Lovely staff members who have always been ready to help if I ever need anything. We were given loads of help creating a wedding list. Thank you for everything

Great Furniture store. We have been able to furnish multiple rooms in our new house. Great service and no hassle at all. Delivery has been always very fast and everything built up for you in the room you choose. Have returned twice now. Definitely recommended

My mum and her friend were in here today and said a male staff member followed them around the shop trying to sell them every piece of furniture they looked at. They said they were just having a look then a female member of staff took over and began following them around the shop. In the end, they just walked out as they found both staff pushy and intimidating.

We bought some furniture for a temporary home while we were building. We bought a sofa for a room that wasn't used often and after 3 months I noticed it was starting to show faults. Refusing to replace it they took it away for repair, but returned a few hours later untouched, claiming it had been repaired. I again asked for a replacement or refund. They promised a replacement and said it would take 4weeks. Months and months passed, no sign of sofa but the continuing promise it was on order. A further 6months later they landed at my house with a completely different style and colour. I refused it as it simply isn't what we ordered and paid for. From then they ignored all contact. Due to lockdown the sofa has been used more often and in the few short months of use, all previous faults have worsened AND all cushions have went completely flat, I am able to squeeze them flat with my hand. I contacted them again asking if the cushions could be replaced even at my own cost as sofa really isn't usable now, and again they ignored.All other furniture had multiple flaws in them and a few cracks where they had built them wrong, but since they were still usable, we let them pass.When leaving a review on their Facebook page I noticed a number of customers with the same issues, however shortly after, they turned the review section off for their page. Says it all really. Unfortunately couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Disgusted!! Bought small sofa October last year short time later noticed the material wrinkled and wasn’t fitted correctly…. Contacted shop was told manufacturer would be in touch still waiting ! First purchase from this shop and definitely my last….
