Mario and his team have provided several services for us over the last few months including building shelves and cupboards, repairing our front door and some decking, plus painting and decorating. The quality of their work is always of a very high standard, they are consistently punctual, professional and tidy and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely be using Natural Timber Design in the future.

Natural Timber Design did work for us this summer.The en-suite bathroom was gutted and replaced and the front garden re-landscaped and tiled.I could not recommend Mariusz more highly. He was meticulous, prompt, hardworking, with excellent attention to detail and a great problem solver. We’re delighted with the work he has done.

Mariusz completed a near total downstairs refurbishment of our house, this included knocking though a wall to the new kitchen/diner, he also replaced and fitted the new kitchen and did an excellent job with the solid wood flooring. He was very easy to communicate with from start to finish and also provided ideas using his experience. I would highly recommend Natural Timber Design and will certainly be using again in the future.

Mario and his team fitted a wood floor throughout plus new skirtings, door trims etc. Mario is clearly very knowledgeable and takes the time to fully explain the possibilities. Then the work was carried out meticulously and on time. I would definitely use this company again and recommended them highly.

We recently moved into our new home and had a serious deadline – we were hosting my family for Christmas and we needed a new wood floor as the previous carpet had been ruined (by our own dogs). Mario and his team came and worked with such incredible energy, focus and professionalism – goodness me they worked hard to meet our deadline! The finish is utterly AMAZING. The quality is absolutely incredible and everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful the flooring is! I highly recommend Natural Timber Design.

Mario recently fitted engineered oak flooring in our Hallway, Living Room and Dining Room – overall approximately 50 sqm.His initial survey and quote were thorough and realistic. Although originally planning a 2 week installation with 2 fitters, it turned out that he had to work on his own but still completed the work on time and to a very high standard. He was a pleasure to have in the house and discussed ideas and potential issues freely and constructively. He is very conscientious and takes great pride in his work. We are very happy with our new floor.

We are so lucky to have Mario to do the refurbishment of our house. We are amazed by his brilliant craftsmanship. Mario is polite, genuine and responsive. I have never thought that refurbishment could be so hassle-free. Mario is always there to help and we can't thank him enough. 100 points is surely not enough to rate the whole experience. In no doubt, we will enjoy and love being in our beautiful house. It will be a nice and warm place for my family and friends.

This is the second time I have used the services of Mario at Natural Timber Design. This time he replaced a rotten conservatory door and sill, halted rot to the conservatory windows and did the same for the kitchen door. He is passionate about his work, and everything was finished to the highest standard. Punctual, reliable and considerate, he also saved me from a potentially serious accident - by chance he noticed that three large, heavy bookcases alongside the desk in my study were unstable and promptly rectified the problem. I cannot praise him highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
