Been coming here since I was a teen (and now I'm 40).The surgery is well presented, the dentist's and nurses are friendly.There is limited free parking about 3 doors further up towards throne centre.Dr Wade has always put me at ease and explained what he is doing and given advice for prevention.Has a mix of private and NHS patients.

I called the dental centre and the phone was answered by a woman called Terri, I enquired about if they were a NHS dental practice. Terri then spoke at me for over a minute explaining that they are not taking anyone on and I can join the waiting list but they wont be taking anyone on due to the NHS contract. I asked if they do emergency dental, and her reply was “no, goodbye”, where she hung up. No need for rudeness.

I have been with this practice all of my life since the age of 6.The lady on the phone was extremely rude abrupt and ambiguous for no reason what so ever. I was polite and respectful. I had appt cancelled in 2020 due to covid, I only wanted enquire about if I am still registered as I wanted a to book a check up.Really poor customer service :/

I can't believe why they are not 5-Star...read all reviews (not that many) and I believe its all because of historical 1-star reviews due to rude answering of the phone.Clearly this 'someone' has now left as I cannot praise everyone enough on how the take calls through to dental procedures (I had root canal today). I am so glad myself and my family are under their care, thank you King Street Dental Practice!

Amazing staff especially the hygienist and her nurse that made me and my son feel so calm before his first filling. Thank you so much it really makes a difference when they're so nice and prevents fear of dentists.

Just had a new crown fitted today. Staff have always been really polite, informative and friendly. Really pleased with my new front teeth!
