We have just sold our home through the west Worthing Cubitt and West office.I must say we were so very impressed with the service we have been given. Kevin the manager is very impressive, but a special mention goes to Sayde, he managed to get us over our asking price and was always there is we needed anything, the sale only took 11 weeks from sale agreed to completion. I recently moved out of London and decided to move down to the South Coast. I registered with Sayde at Cubitt & West from the Worthing branch, and he was brilliant at helping me with my property search. Sayde was very informative and knowledgable and gave me some excellent advice about the local area. I ended up renting in the end and not buying, but I will certainly be using his services again when I am ready to buy.

I bought a property through cubitt and west last year. It is safe to say moving forward if I wanted to move I would not consider using this branch again. Mel’s customer service was horrendous to say the least. Every time I spoke to her she was extremely patronising and acted as if I was asking her to move mountains, when I was enquiring about simple things throughout this very stressful process. This was my first purchase which was supposed to be an exciting process, Mel made it impossible to enjoy any part of this. I dreaded having to call the office as I knew I was going to met with a bad attitude and lack of information. I can not explain how unwelcome I felt and how disappointed I was with the process. Even from the very first call when she was questioning my age and whether I actually had a deposit, it was a disgrace. I saw that Mel had a number of awards in the window and quite frankly if the level of service I received is her standard, then I’m baffled on how she managed that.

I haven’t found a property yet, however the whole team at cubitt and west have been brilliant at assisting me with my and my partners search. They have shown me multiple properties, and notified me when new properties come to market that I would be suitable for me. Overall just a delightful experience dealing with the team in Worthing.

Highly recommend using Cubitt & West Worthing for purchasing your new home. Dealt with David, Sayde and Kevin who from day one have made a pleasant experience buying our home. Originally Sayde secured our offer which we were ecstatic about and appreciated his work to do this. Shortly after David was in constant contact with updates on how the sale was going and kept communication with the vendor. They were always easy to contact and called back more or less right away. The selection of properties is close to my liking, as for their recommendations through the email service is very close to what I am looking for, in other words the staff is quite perceptive to clients’ needs.Friendly, flexible and very helpful staff. One doesn’t feel under pressure while viewing property and the staff makes every effort to feel at ease. Although this review is for viewing service and I am pretty sure they will get me the same service if buying a property.I feel I should give credit for the very good customer-focus service to individual staff in particular Ms Kate Hart and Mr John Dale.

I have called this agency as I was looking to buy a property, and what can I say? They are amazing. Sayde has been fantastic with us, trying to help us as much as he could. He has been friendly and gave us a lot of explanation and important advices. He managed to find us a property within one week. He also helped me to get all the financial advices through Richard, a brilliant mortgage broker that works in cooperation with the agency. We (family), used the West Worthing branch of Cubitt & West for the sale of our late mother’s house.From the initial valuation for probate purposes up to the house sale being completed, we found working with them a seamless and stress free experience.They recommended using the Modern method of auction as the success rate for completing the sale is so high, compared to the traditional way of selling where sales regularly fall through prior to exchange. Although this selling method is not for everyone, it was ideal for what we wanted to achieve, as the buyer has to put down a non refundable deposit once their offer is accepted, which also covered our estate agent fees.We were very impressed with the marketing of the house by Cubitt & West and the fact they organised and attended all the viewings for us as we were not local to the area.We were kept updated after each viewing took place and provided with feedback from the prospective buyers, this was done via email, telephone call and the use of an online Dashboard set up for us by the branch.We thoroughly recommend the services of Kevin and the rest of the team at the West Worthing branch of Cubitt & West, who we all found to be friendly, helpful and very efficient.
