Mantra Tattoo Studio

I had a consultation in February - met with the artist and Booked me in for May and was told that they'd send me the design once it'd been drawn up. After over a month in late April I messaged the place to ask if there was any progression on the design I wanted to get, as I still hadn't heard anything. I was given a response that I would receive a design in the next 7-10 days. The 10 days passed and unfortunately I did not receive any messages about what was being done.I understand that it takes time to draw out ideas and other customers to see but for me I just didn't like the idea of not knowing what is being put on me until the day! What if I said no - I would have wasted a trip to the shop.Overall feel disappointed and abit robbed of a £60 deposit after asking to hear about my design and getting nothing back.I am not discrediting this establishment: I'm sure they do amazing work! This review is purely based on my own experience but I wish they could have just handled my situation better.

Had my first ever tattoo today at Mantra. Felt a bit nervous but was immediately put at ease by Daryll. He created the most amazing design for me, putting in such fine detail...the result was stunning. So much better than I imagined it would be. Highly recommend this place. Other staff were also very friendly. I will definitely be going back for a second one!

Gone here for my piercings. Jack is awesome really friendly and makes you feel really comfortable. Knows how to set your nerves. Would 100% recommend

I love this Tattoo studio! I got tattooed ny Darryll whos is not only a fantastic person but also highly skilled and I love my new ink, and will make another appointment with him soon. Oustanding place and Darryll is amazing! Highly recommend

Jack’s energy was pure and sincere. He was kind and gentle. He was calm and the piercing did not hurt at all. He also took time to explain the after care.This is the best piercing experience I have had. Highly recommended!!

I had my first tattoo here with Darryll last week and couldn’t be happier with the results. Darryll literally drew my dream tattoo on paper and then made it a reality. He’s such a lovely guy and made me feel so at ease. Considering it was my first tattoo and a decent size one too on my thigh, it barely hurt! The studio itself is also very clean and Covid safe. I can’t wait to go back to Darryll for my next which I’m already planning :-)

The tattoo I got was done by James and it looks incredible and has a very clean finish. Will definitely be coming back for more in the future :)

Would really recommend coming for any form of tattoo work artists are really inclusive to your wanted designs ( go see Rhiannon for stupidly good trad work ;) )
