Amazing guy. I have suffered in pain for over 10 years visiting various professionals that haven't helped , with regular work from Ken he has made a massive difference to my every day life and I can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend his professional approach and wouldn't hesitate to tell everyone about him.He was thorough with his questions and explanations and to the point for what I needed to do.No-one has been able to help me like he has and I thank him. I will continue any maintenance check ups and put in to practice his advise. Anyone that is looking to really fix themselves need to call and book and take his straight talking advice as it works.Would give him 5 stars for sure.Knowledgeable and it worked for one, in a long line of professionals that haven't.

I would highly recommend Ken.I had alot of trouble with my knees and back.I had tried two other places without success but Ken helped me enormously. I am forever grateful to him for helping me get back to going running and dancing.

I visited this business in 2017 for a new patient consultation and highly regretted it. The gentleman who i met with was an extremely unpleasant, arrogant and rude man who sat and read out questions from a sheet about my health and lifestyle in a monotonous and disinterested fashion, avoiding all eye contact and exhaling long dramatic sighs whenever i failed to give him the answer he wanted. He seemed to relish every opportunity to belittle or insult you, which for me this day included telling me my modest exercise was pathetic, poking my muscles and saying 'there's just no muscle tone there at all', asking unnecessary questions about my private life and history and scolding me for my work and also the medication i was taking, despite not knowing the first thing about me or my medical history. Telling me, helpfully, not to bother using the gym because no one uses the equipment correctly. My session concluded with him abruptly jamming a thumb into my back for 20 seconds or so, preceded with a 'this is probably going to hurt'.Throughout the whole encounter i felt like i was part of some wind-up to see how much cheek i would put up with before walking out . As i reluctantly handed him the £30 or thereabouts fee for the session (I had previously told him i had a live active membership card and was interested in the initial consultation with live active discount - i don't think this was discounted but i was so keen the get the hell out i didn't query it) I asked if i had done something to upset him or is there something i should be aware of here, to which he half-heartedly mumbled something about being woken early by a young kid. I was very relieved to get away from him and would highly recommend avoiding him at all costs and visiting someone else. I went to South Inch Osteopaths the following month who were the complete opposite of this guy: friendly, professionally, interested and full of advise and exercises etc to help take care of your back.

Went to chiropractor for years with no benefit. Have only been to Ken 4 times and already feel much better, highly recommend.

My brother recommended Kenny to me just over a year ago. I could barely move with upper back and shoulder pain but after just two sessions I could feel the benefits. I go to Kenny on a regular basis for maintenance. I cannot recommend Kenny enough.

I have been suffering with back pain for many years and have been seeing Ken now for nearly three months. Ken is very knowledgeable and when providing treatment you pick up bits of his wisdom in terms with regards to diet, exercise and general well being. His treatment has helped me enormously and would recommend his services. He also saved me a visit to a neurosurgeon when I had numbness in my fingers.

I've had a long history of lower back, upper back and neck problems, and over the years have seen various osteopaths. Ken takes a different approach to most others in that he spends time getting your deep tissue muscles to relax. He has also helped me with various other injuries to arms and legs over the years. I would highly recommend Ken and his technique to anyone. His treatment is certainly effective for me and I always appreciate his ongoing advice and suggestions such as stretches to perform.

I have no hesitation recommending Ken because he is a very knowledgeable and reputable practioner - and his treatment works. Ken asks a lot of questions about lifestlye, work and activity levels to get to the root cause of the pain and gives advice on what you can do to help yourself. Ken eased my back pain many times but urged me to reduce the time spent at a computer and to do exercises that would strenghten my core. When I eventually followed his advice my back pain disappeared and has not reoccurred. I’ve spent a lot of money on back pain treatments over the years before finding Ken and I only got short term relief and more appointments. Ken offered me a lasting solution to my problems and I am extremely grateful for his straight talking.

Been to see Ken today for the 6th time. He is excellent in what he does providing fantastic treatment as well as giving great advice. Originally I thought I had a problem in my back however, Ken explained the problem was in my hip which was deferring pain to my back. This diagnosis was later confirmed when my GP sent me for a X-ray. Ken tries his best to see me at a time that suits me best (busy diary) and this is either in his Perth or Dunfermline clinic.
