FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT! Service carried out recently was smooth process from drop off to feedback to pick up. Rafe was excellent, Joanna was lovely but everyone we spoke to along the way was very helpful too.

I have never owned a Land Rover before and can honestly verify that our experience from start to finish was amazing. We had the pleasure of having Daniel as our sales associate and Joanna as our hand over team member and I have never met anyone in the industry as courteous and friendly as them.Anyone looking to purchase a Land Rover should definitely consider this branch. Excellent sales experience with Sheldon who was professional and courteous. He helped ti close the deal without being pushy and came and collected me from the station when I came to collect the car. Nice chap and I’d travel to LRE to acquire my next car.

A lot of friends speak negatively of their experiences with Harwoods. Until recently I couldn’t complain. But the last few times I have used them I have received poor communication, over charged and a general apathy towards getting my car back to me, when I really do need it for work on a daily basis.

I ordered a Land Rover Discovery Sport back in September 2021 from Harwoods Land Rover Edenbridge and was told it would take up to a year.Whilst I fully appreciate the delay in new vehicle production is out of Harwoods control. The communication has been very poor. I am now on to the 3rd sales rep.I finally got a date for delivery of my discovery sport 24 months later, but the delivery date would not work with my current situation.I requested to cancel my order and for my deposit to be returned to me. I have asked for my deposit back twice now, and although I have an email confirming it will be returned, I am still waiting weeks since my original request.They have had my money for nearly two years earning interest on it for doing nothing at all, and when I ask for it back, they make it hard work.Poor service.

Very happy with my new vehicle that I bought from Harwoods Edenbridge. A couple of items have since been required, in particular both Elliot and Joanna have been excellent with helping me get these resolved, with great communication along the way.

We recently had a dreadful experience with Harwoods Edenbridge. They had our Landrover Discovery for 10 weeks. Couldn’t fix it. Still charged us over £4K. We had the car delivered to Groombridge Sussex. They took less than 2 hours to find the problem and a further 2 hours to fix it: total cost a shade over £1k. Conclusion: if you want great customer service, expertise and professionalism then head straight to Groombridge Sussex Ltd.

Sometimes things just work out well and this is no accident. It's takes good people and excellent service. Raife Smith has been nothing short of exceptional as has Harwoods staff in general.
