I purchased a Ford Focus back in April but wanted to wait a few months to see how the car would run.I experienced exceptional customer service from this company - Lee who sold us the car was so professional, polite and friendly. I haven’t got alot of knowledge about cars but I felt so comfortable buying from SNL Motors. Erman was also great on the phone also and answered all of my questions - there was no hidden costs from this company either which we have experienced from other car dealerships before.The car has been running great for 4 months now with no complaints. I will definitely use this dealership in the future!

Today I bought a used BMW X2 from Erman. Very pleasant experience without any hassle. First I met him only last week and had a friendly chat for part exchanging my old BMW X1. He offered a good price for that and saw a newer X2 which I liked. Erman was professional, explained everything I wanted to know and had a test drive. I found the pre sale communications from Erman to be very good as this was by phone only, when we drove to pick new car up we had a very friendly welcome . the problem came two and a half weeks later when the vechicle broke down , I contated Erman to state this fact and he was only able to offer advise that it could be the clutch pedal or flat tyre,he then advised we had the AA Warranty, Erman also stated that I could drive the vehicle up to him this is 126 miles Away and Ermans mechanic is only part time. My husband then contacted Erman again he stated the same to him, I am now stuck with a car I have finance on and a car we are unable to drive.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
