Had our new sofas delivered today. Absolutely fantastic service. Price was on point and the delivery guys Nathan & Tyler did a fantastic job getting it in my house and setting it up. Very professional and communicative throughout the process too which is always great. I would definitely recommend KC Sofas in a heartbeat.

An easy process from start to finish. We had been round many places looking for a sofa over the previous few months with no look.Found the perfect one here, Shelly who served us was great, she didn’t hassle us in the showroom. Just let us try them all out.Our sofa was delivered by Charlie and Tom who kept us well informed about delivery times.

This review is for the sales service as we have yet to receive the sofa. The show room is a small factory unit with limited stock on show. There are other show rooms available. The stock on show all accessible to try / sit on. Shelly the salesperson at Barlborough is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She assisted in our choice of style, colour, material, im not indecisive really. Purchase made in 30 minutes. Waiting for delivery.

My new sofa + chair arrived today ... absolutely fabulous!!! I knew as soon as I saw it in the showroom it would look good in my living room!!!! I'm giving a five star review not just for the furniture but for the helpful staff and the lovely two lads who delivered itThank you so much ....

So far brilliant. We went along knowing it's a family run business and they had good reviews.At the trading estates unit. You can look around, try out their stock, sit quietly imagining how it will be at home, without any sales person bothering you.Debbie just told us to take our time it's a big expense go home with the measurement think about it.Which we did.The next day we went back this time we met Anna. Exactly the same.We advised Anna of our choice and now await the delivery of our new sofa.Anna was so polite and made us at home we had a great experience.So if you are looking for a new sofa try this firm and notice the difference.Great customer awareness and care

We recently bought a Fantasy (Kingston grey) corner sofa from K C Sofas at Barlborough. The customer service from start to finish was first class. Anna in the shop who placed our order for us, was extremely helpful but not pushy. The sofa arrived when they said it would. The lads who delivered it (Nathan & Tyler) were lovely lads, very polite, courteous and careful. The quality is great and it cost us far less than it would have done if we had purchased it from one of the big chains. We were so impressed we have now placed another order with them.
