Marvellous veterinary practice, from receptionists to vets. Obviously love all animals.Wouldn't take my cat's anywhere else.

It's a vets. Always out to rob you. Vets are ok. Reception is a bit hit or miss. Asked them to look at my dogs wars while having her teeth out and they forgot. Not good.

I have been using Victoria Vets for years and never had any issues. The reception team is very friendly and caring. The vets go above and beyond to provide the best care for their fury patients. Without hesitation would recommend them to friends and Family.

Vet kept us waiting 20mins with no one else in the waiting room leaving my dog get distressed, he wouldnt have seen us if id been that late! Had to send forms off for insurance and they charge an extra £17 just to click a few buttons, the same cost to to sign a form, other vets do this for free! Very disappointed just another money grabbing service.

Took great care of our Schnauzer with his recent operation, everyone there always has a smile and cares a lot about the animals they treat, other people waiting with their pets spoke highly of them also.

Rang at 8 in morning needed an appointment to put my little dog to sleep was told no appointments but they will get a nurse to call me back. I’m still waiting! They told me £142 managed to get appointment at ash vets instead within two hours for £101 ! Please shop around prices at local vets. Kept my little dog suffering. This has been my vets for many years will never use these againHard to believe I had a text today stating my dog can have an appointment on the 5th sept !! Nearly one month away ! She would not have lasted another day let alone another month ! Unbelievable! The receptionist needs to be pulled up about this we rang to have our little dog put to sleep! Will never use this vets again

Excellent knowledgeable receptionists. Listening caring vets. All round stressless visits. Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else.

Having used the practice for 11 years now and experienced my dogs undergoing four surgeries for orthopaedic issues the service I experienced has been excellent and caring

All I go there for is a repeat prescription as my dogs have allergies, £52 on each dog for consultations, on this visit I also wanted metacam as my dog has a bad hip. I expected on prescription with the rest of the medication but instead made me buy it off them for 5 times the price. Same goes for the apoquel, five times the price if I want it off them. It’s just complete extortion. 10 years ago the vets were great when I started using them. Gone are those times. Time to find a new vets before our next prescription
