Went in to get a visa, was promised 4 weeks as the my password has to be taken to Ireland. i was given a receipt. was given a call a week before it was due. received a phone call and went to collect my ticket. it was convenient and no hassle at all. got what i paid for. Thank youFrom Ali

First of all I advise before you book think 5 times before you place a booking with this agent. As per my experience I made a booking for turkey 5-10 months ago. Due to covid-19 pandemic flights were cancelled so I had a choice (not directly) as he wanted us to keep the booking with him so he can eat more money later (if we do reschedule with him) as a direct and fixed price wasn’t given. He was also difficult at times and was not straight forward either. As all of the times I called him to ask about an update regarding my booking and the situation of it. Also he kept changing the dates of when our refund was due as he was not clear (meaning up to something fishy) as things did not make sense and add up.After things got slightly back to normal, after the lockdown our choice went through for the full refund that we asked for. But unfortunately we didn’t receive the full amount we paid and this was not made clear and they did not inform us either.After all in the end we did get a partial refund. In my opinion I would not book again with this agent as he is a scammer, because he did not want to lose the profit from his customer (he ate the profit behind the scenes).

DO NOT EVEN STEP IN TO THEIR SHOP. They are big time scammers. My grandad booked umarrah with them and then due to covid the flight was cancelled and like every other flights who refunded people fully these scumbags refused to refund his money . My grand father passed due to covid and after that when mu nan asked for refund which was over £3000 they refused to pay. We had to take them to the court. How can one be so nasty and heartless that they were keeping dead man s money. I would advise everyone to avoid them.
