The Power Flush Company installed our boiler a few years ago. At the time, the job was carried out professionally and on budget. Since then, our regular maintenance check found a defective part, which by replacing at low cost has saved us thousands. Highly recommended.

We used The Power Flush Company to clean our heating system and I found them punctual, polite and knowledgeable about the process. After seeing what came out of the system I’m glad We did! Jay the engineer was tidy and friendly. We would recommend.

After a month with no heating in the flat and almost a week after the last attempted repair by another company left us with no hot water, we received Mikail and his colleage visit.The main goal was to flush the circuit to try and remove a blockage that was preventing it to be filled and the boiler from being funtional.The service was great, setting up the machinery in the hall, taking care of the floor with blankets. After the job was done and the blockage removed, they carefully removed everthing and stayed testing the system.Sadly, some of the pieces replaced by the mentioned previous company where improperly wired, prevented them from getting everything back to a fully operative state and we will need further works.But they manage to set it in a configuration that allowed us to, by operating the system manually following their instructions, have a hot shower for the first time in a long time :-).

Excellent value for money. After the powerflush, I realised that my radiators no longer needed to be balanced - I could open all the valves fully and all the radiators remained hot. Also, I noticed how much more silent the boiler was. I am very pleased and the price was very competitive. Something else worth noting is that the gentleman who did the powerflush noticed that there was a blockage in one of the radiators, so he worked on this for a while until it was clear - I appreciated that very much.

Reliable, turned up on time, he did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone. Price was very reasonable and he provided a report and tips to keep the radiator efficient.

We engaged The Power Flush Company to flush our central heating system. Booking the appointment was straight forward enough - however, the appointment date & time arrived and they were a no show. When I called to follow up & got no answer, I received an email an hour later advising that the technician was sick & that the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Fine. A new appointment was scheduled (another day off work) and when this appointment was due, the exact same issue occurred - the technician failed to arrive with no notice advising that they were sick.When the appointment was finally completed, they arrived with minimal kit in an unbranded van. The flush was rushed based on the time they had allowed & no testing was done for which the technician tried to blame me for - balancing was allegedly completed but since the flush was completed 2 radiators do not work at all, and another has a significant cold spot. Despite multiple efforts to get them back to rebalance the system they have now stopped communicating & are ignoring my calls.Appalling service & complete lack of professionalism- don’t be fooled by the glossy website… this company does shoddy work and should be avoided at all costs.

The services of this company are fantastic. The engineer named JAY is dogged and did a great job of the power flush of the seven radiators.The central heating system is working very well at the apartment.Also the customer and billing service is great - because my credit cards were accepted for the two payments - initial and final.The power flush company is - a highly recommended company. Simply marvellous.

I had a brilliant experience with using The Power Flush Company at my home in HA8. Mikhail honestly was excellent at explaining the issues and great conversation on other matters. My radiators were working perfectly once finished.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !Hired Jay to do a Power Flush. He is a Con Man ! Does not like to communicate by email in order to avoid any Audit trail.. He offers a 2 yr Warranty BEWARE ! he will ask for more money.The equipment he uses and the time he spends will not flush your Radiators . A Power flush takes 6-8 hrs Jay will do it in 2-3 and he does not have the correct equipment. This will not cure your problem and yo be forced to call him back at 50% of what you paid originally.The Warranty is not given to you when you book and simply mentioned on your invoice. It is not worth anything and not a Lawful Warranty.Jay did work for me that has damaged my Boiler and he is not responding to any of my emails. I am now having him investigated by Trading Standardsand perusing a claim through the small claims court.He May be cheap, but this is because his Flush equipment are not fit for purpose.Other Companies may be more expensive , but the Job will be done with the correct equipment and it will be hassle free.

Couldn’t be happier with the service, flushed the entire heating system, balanced the radiators, fixed two radiators that didn’t work and explained why they didn’t work. Even got the parts on the spot from near by screwfix. Also the fee is super reasonable with a special offer within 5 years. Honest and trustworthy professionals. Highly recommended!
