I cannot rate Phil and the team highly enough. They have been absolutely brilliant all the way through from when we first bought our house 2 years ago to now when trying to navigate a new mortgage at such a difficult time. They are incredibly knowledgeable and professional and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm almost sad that we won't be seeing them again for 5 years!

The whole process from start to finish was very slick and transparent. It started initially as a Zoom call which was followed by prompt updates that were carefully explained. We're going through a period of immense change with interest rates rocketing although I was left feeling confident that Phil went the extra mile to ensure I got the best rate available.
