Loads of treats and always great choice at good prices. The App gives great discounts too. Shop always tidy, love watching the rabbits every time we visit and the staff are always really happy and friendly, seems a great place to work. Dog grooming service on site too which is always busy!

We adopted a rabbit called Peter, he was a house rabbit obviously caged. We did say to staff that he will have free access to all areas of the house and only needed night housing. The cage we were advised to take and bought was not acceptable as it didn't adhere to the three hop rule and have since had a custom made night time bed made because he's now a house rabbit

We had a great experience at Pets at Home Shrewsbury. We were met with an extremely friendly and knowledge member of staff (a young woman, sorry, we didn’t get your name!) who helped us find the right Flea treatment for our cat. Thank you, we really appreciate your help!

Went in today, as was told me they do a harness fitting service. I felt as if I was an inconvenience and the person who served was miserable from start to finish, if I hadn’t travelled 10 miles to get there, I felt like walking out. I have never had a problem with the lovely staff in this store. This lady needed some customer relations training, I have never seen her there before, I think she was a Manager as she was telling the staff to sort out Xmas items. I spent in total £140.00 and regularly buy my dog food and also prescription food. I will certainly think twice about shopping there again. Shame.

Shrewsbury store: I have just witnessed a young couple purchasing two adult rabbits. The shop advisor had advised them a cage which was no bigger than a meter long. Absolutely disgusting that they let people walk out with the wrong materials for their animals. Another thing to add also is that she put both rabbits in a car carrier cardboard box which was big enough for one Guinea pig. It’s disturbing that pets at the home think they work to RSPCA standards. Leaving the shop so angry to have witnessed this!

It’s good place and clean and welcoming with the staff only down side is if someone comes that got medical needs and needs the toilet there’s no toilets for them so waiting at the vets or grooming it’s hard for people as not all people can get to Sainsbury’s or McDonald’s fast for a toilet?
