Good service.

The absolute worst twice they've lied about attempting to deliver my parcel. I work remotely so I'm always at home they've made no attempt whatsoever.

Staff are friendly. And very clean in side

I went to the southend road hermes today and i was treated harshly by one of the shop staff .As this was my first time visiting hermes parcel shop and i kindly asked the staff to cooperate me how to use the Qr code scanning. He told me how to scan standing a far which was a a bit unclear but i get myself a try.After a couple of minute when he was free from the till i called him and tell him again that i was having problem on using the scan. He simply said that the machine is broken. As i can see the machine is on like at first and the pages are there asking to scan. He simply was hesitating to help me as i know that he was bg working for shop and hermes customer. I think he should not mislead his role and responsibility cos i was alone there and he might owns the shop. It is very disgraceful.
