Martin just brought my Ibanez back from the dead! I had replaced the bridge and faffed around with things I shouldn't have faffed with. The guitar wasn't quite right after and was basically dead to me. But Martin set it up and I got it back today and that thing just shreds now. I'm not messing with those guitar dark arts ever again. Martin's the man.

Martin is an absolute gent, did a full service on my electric guitar and it now plays perfectly, he even threw in a complimentary guitar strap! Professional and affordable, I'll definitely be going back, highly recommended!

Took my 1994 American Strat to Martin as it was in need of a good set up. Martin sorted it over night and it plays amazingly now. Amazing service and really nice guy. I’ll definitely be back for anything needed in the future.

A pleasant and friendly small business who's owners are knowledgeable and passionate about their trade. After a good chat with Martin about the problems I had with my guitar I was happy to trust his advice. The end result was an excellent repair, with my guitar exactly as I wanted it and at a very reasonable price. Many thanks to Martin and Ian and hope to do business again soon.

I don't have experience with the guitars themselves, but Martin replied to a question I asked in a Facebook group and went out of his way to help me come up with a wiring diagram for my guitar. He was super patient and answered my questions even though I was just a random stranger from the internet. I think this is a great indication of the customer service you can expect from Martin. Martin fixed my Ibanez with a lock-in tremolo. It went from being a huge mistake to the best guitar I've ever had. He really knows what he's doing. He said it could be up to week before he'd have it back to me and it was done within two days. Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable. Thanks so much.
