I have been procrastinating about whether to invest in Solar or not for the past 3 years, and have had approx 3 different quotes previously. I was hoping this shambolic UK government; who love to claim there are at the forefront of green credentials would at some point step up and do the right thing; help people get Solar - but I've come to the realisation this won't happen in my lifetime... The scandalous rise in energy prices, despite the bumper profits of the Energy firms (Yay to them!), forced me to finally go for it, as we plan to live here for at least another 10 years...Following an advert on Marlow FM I got in touch with Kimbletech – I liked the look of their website and the fact there are a local family business. The entire process has been super slick and easy – their Sales Manager was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and they were the first company to perform a Drone site analysis and their quote process was super slick and easy to read. They were also the first company willing to consider placing panels on our dormer roof – giving us an extra 6 panels. They were also able to build a platform within the garage to host the 10KWh battery as they have their own team of builders and installers – all staff are fulltime employed members – a big plus for us. They turned the project around within a couple of week, super quick and no messing around! Their handover was excellent and they are responses rapidly to any follow-up questions and support even via MS Teams with screen sharing! We are now pretty much living off the grid – and hopefully during the darker months we will be putting a big dent in the Energy companies bonanza profits! Well done Kimbletech!

After being let down by several other national and local solar companies, we came across Kimbletech. From start to finish the lovely team have been responsive, communicative, caring and highly professional. They had quite a few roof angles and Velux windows to negotiate, as well as a large conservatory to scaffold across, however they were up for the challenge and successfully installed a system that meets our energy needs. The solar panels with battery storage, Eddi and Zappi EV charger have now been installed for 3 months and has dramatically reduced our electricity costs.You might not get your cheapest quote from them, but they are a friendly local company, get the work done quickly and to a high standard, and have great aftercare. We highly recommend Kimbletech for your solar installation needs.

As with many looking for solar installation, the market is somewhat of a minefield and often a stab in the dark with numerous cowboy outfits. What made Kimbletech stand out was the communication, the efficiency, punctuality, and outstanding customer service. The sales team did not promise things that couldn't be fulfilled, rather everything that they said would happen or be done was carried out, when they said it was going to be done.Survey, installation, scaffolding, post installation, honestly could not have been better!I have recommended to friends and family and would gladly use them again if I needed to!Thank you to all the team! Fabulous company from start to finish. I can’t recommend Kimbletech strongly enough. They installed 15 Solar panels and 2 batteries for me and guided me throughout the whole proceedings. They answered any questions quickly and explained the system thoroughly. I know that they are there to help at anytime and did have one blip with my system which they themselves picked up on. An engineer was with me the same day and the problem solved. The whole team from sales, administration, fitters, project management and surveyors were brilliant. Excellent company.

Kimble Solar recently completed the installation of a new PV and battery system at my home. All members of the team were helpful and friendly and they were able to complete the installation within 4 weeks of the quote.The system has been in a month now and I had a follow up call from the team to check I was happy with the system and to talk me through the web portal now I had some living with the system.Getting a local company was really important to me and I was pleased to find one that was professional and well priced.

The service from Kimbletech was excellent from initial consultation to installation and commissioning. They understood our requirements and specified a system which would not only satisfy our current energy needs but would also cope with any future needs including the possibility to add an EV car charging point. All engineers that worked on our installation were extremely professional and courteous throughout. Highly recommended.

We have considered installing Solar Panels for some years but, for the following reasons, we had never pursued it. We live in a bungalow fronting to the southeast and we have high trees within about 6m from the house frontage. As a consequence, except in high summer, we only get direct sunlight later in the day.A friend of ours mentioned that he had had solar panels installed by a local company, Kimbletech, and had been very impressed with them. We were tempted and got in touch. Within a couple of days, we had an appointment with Nick, their Sales Manager, and, within a matter of minutes our concerns were allayed. The panels generate power through exposure to light so direct sunlight is not necessary although advantageous.Based on our estimated annual electricity usage Nick put a proposal together for panels, battery (with inverter) and all the connecting cabling. As we had recently installed a car charger, we developed this proposal to allow for that.Having agreed to go ahead, Kimbletech undertook a survey of the house to check on cable routing, which included a drone survey of the roof and adjacent trees. This confirmed the sufficiency of the proposed number of panels, and that there was sufficient space for all of the proposed installed kit.Within 2 weeks the installation was completed, the whole being completed in 1.5 days. The panels were installed and working within the first morning – a scaffold had previously been erected – whilst the installation of the battery, inverter, cabling etc., and commissioning took up the rest of the time.We had two panel installers and two electricians on site who were all really nice people. They were happy to answer questions and kept us up to date on progress and when power would have to be cut-off for connections.The installation is now up and running and it is noticeable that our grid electricity consumption has markedly reduced.Throughout, Kimbletech have kept in contact with us and have responded very quickly to our queries and a couple of minor issues needing attention.If you are considering a solar panel installation, based on our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Kimbletech; they are a conscientious green technology, and customer caring, company with an impressive list of accreditations and awards to their name.

It's fair to say that the solar journey can be confusing with differing advice (some wholly inaccurate) from various resellers. So I was looking for a company I believed in that were prepared to answer my questions in a way I understood, and had obvious experience in the field. Also important to me was the level of organisation shown in preparation for the install and the post install cleanup, and of course the expertise of the install team.Kimbletech met all of those requirements from initial sales meetings through to design and installation. From initial meeting to install took less than four weeks, with scaffolding coming down literally as the installers finished on the roof.Whilst due to the location of the incoming supply from the grid cable runs were a little more complex, the design solution caused minimum disruption, and is already giving savings even in a dismall winter period.

Excellent rapid professional service, good value for money. Fitted within 1 month of order, couple of days on site. Slightly awkward install due to my meter location, but we were able to discuss with the team options and come to a mutual agreement on the best one. A few minor issues during install, but the team were very quick to respond without quibbles to put things right - these things can happen and they did their upmost to ensure my satisfaction. Highly recommend.
