I can’t believe how BAD this company is. They steal money from your account multiple times they bill you for services you haven’t asked for, you can’t speak to a manager they don’t reply to emails- TOTAL SCAMMERS DONT MAKE THIS MISTAKEUp to 05/10 13 calls made to them to discuss being overcharged and lots of promises of a call back and still nothing. Double billing, take double DD out of bank. Complaints procedure is rubbish. Still no sign of my credit note. Dozens of emails but no one replies.

Amazing customer service and really help you understand the whole process of setting up a phone line and broadband.They are very understanding and respectful which is very rare when it comes to sales. Our account manager Martin Ford has been amazing from day one and understands our hectic work life and has been very accommodating.Whenever I have had issues with internet or any other queries, they respond really quickly and always sort it out as fast as they can.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by them. Over the past several months, I have encountered persistent problems with both the quality of the internet service and billing practices.My dissatisfaction doesn't stop at the poor service quality; I have consistently been overcharged every month without any satisfactory resolution. The billing discrepancies have caused financial stress and, despite my repeated attempts to rectify the issue through customer service, no meaningful action has been taken.Despite promises of faster internet speeds, the reality has been quite the opposite. In fact, the service has degraded significantly, leading to constant disruptions and frustratingly slow speeds. This is a far cry from the enhanced performance that was assured during the initial sales pitch.We are very disapointed and waiting for the response.

James has been so helpful with our change of equipment! Recently changed our phones. Everything was ordered straight away and I was kept updated the whole time. When I called James to get them set up, I was on and off the phone in 15 minutes and it caused no disruption to my day! I really appreciated the efficiency!

I am very disappointed with them, when we make the contract he promises me for very fast internet but we have most of them problems, i have a restaurant and a lot of internet orders but I lost so many because we lost the connection every hour.My epos system didn't work properly.I have spoken so many times but nothing happens.I spent so many hours on the phone, who pays for that????I pay £120 per month for the Faber line, but it's terrible......I tried to cancel the contract!Very very disappointed!!

Recurring invoicing issues. Credit on our account and kept charging by them. They keep promising that they use the credit on our account but they don't. If we had to choose a service provider again we would definitely go somewhere else.The technical team is great and helpful but customer service and accounts team are unacceptable

This company is shocking, it has routinely taken payments for services not rendered and refuses to communicate with its customers. Please stay away from this company at all costs to avoid a similar poor experience. I have awarded them one star but this is only because the review system would not accept an award of zero!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is an absolute disgrace. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Don't take my word for it, scroll down and read all the bad reviews to get a full picture of how this company operates. Can this many people be wrong? I can attest to every single negative review and say this company is absolutely despicable. Appalling customer service, long wait times, made up charges, goal posts constantly being moved, threats, random disconnection and overall incompetence. There are a few good members of staff, notably Julia, however every other person I have spoken to has been rude, threatened me with disconnection when making a legitimate complaint or just had no idea of how to give good customer service. Upon paying my latest bill I was told I had to pay a reconnection fee of £100 despite my services NOT BEING DISCONNECTED. Then when I queried this I was threatened with disconnection by a manager.

Amazing customer service from Lee and Robbie. They are both super helpful and quick with to get back with updates. It's one less worry knowing that they're available to help when needed.
