Please do avoid using this busness, esepcially if you need the express service. I needed an urgent notary service (needed an apostille), and was deligthed when they were quick to both respond and schedule an appointment. They were also fast to take the money but when it came to delivering what they promissed it all went downhills.I paid extra to get the apostile in three days (extra £75). After not receiving anything in the post in the agreed timeframe I contacted them to ask what happened. They weren't even aware that there was a problem so they promised to call me back later that day.What they told me is that somehow the Legalisation Office was the problem and they suggested since I paid for the three day service they won't return my money but would come the next day and redo the paperwork so I can get it in the next three days (somehow this was possible and will be faster than waiting for the original document). Since I needed the document and was in a hurry I agreed.This is where their lack of professionalism came into play. They kept postponing the appointment, pushing it later in the day, than for the next day with all kind of excuses.
